it took ~6 weeks to get my order from fastech, i live near toronto.
4 days to get from china to canada(british columbia) and then over 5 weeks from BC to me.
is it fasttechs fault or canada post/customs?
Once an order leaves Fasttech (or any vendor for that matter) it is in the hands of the delivery service. So no, not Fasttech but Canada Post/customs.
I kinda suspected it was the same cell.

Not much. Small test order. Lol.. some 15x1 orings for the bachelor, a couple silicone mod cases, a cheap Kuro coiler to try, been doing by hand all this time.. and a couple up resistance wires 30&28 kanthal and 28g Nichrome. Been wanting to get some Nichrome for about 3½ years.. Liked the sample that came with an atty in the past..
Ordered a glass tank kit for the Fev v3 from focal instead; to get the spare glass included.. Focals shipping and ordering process isn't nearly as refined as Ft. Hoping the glass will reduce the weight of the tank. The lightness of the bachelor is spoiling me.
i know u posted it but which orings did u get. for the reg bachelor?

My whole order with ft was only 12.63 shipped for 7 items. Lol
I got a cheap 2.00 kuro coiler knock off to try first, similar to that one but only 2.5mm.
I order these 15*13*1 orings per cirus on the forum for the full sized bachelor. Will let you know how they work, they're a tad bigger.

Fasttech is a love/hate kind of thing. All my orders are 8-10 days to my door with DHL Global Mail, they stopped shipping most things ePacket to Canada.
I received my Raven's Moon RTA without a spares kit, that took about 15 emails and 3 weeks to finally get FT to send one out to me. They swore up and down that there was a spares kit in my package and went to lengthy measures to prove such. This is the first time I have had to fight with FT's CS over an order, they are usually stellar with service and I think that issue is a one off. The replacement base for my Kayfun Plus v1.5 was no hassle whatsoever, I sent them a picture of the problem and they shipped a new one out right away.
Great to see you are going to get the glass kit for the FeV @JeremyR, I couldn't go back to the steel/plastic tank again.
Speaking of FeV, Focal has the Flash e-Vapor dD clone from Shenray. I am going to have to get one to put on my VT-75.

thx, i bought the coiler when they had a store wide sale, $6.94 u.s.
i ordered July 20th,, my FT order is sitting in Chicago talking to your stuff since Thursday July 28.. --still sitting there a few hours ago. I always sign up for text message updates from USPS.. nothing so far.
I hadn't heard about this, but, out of curiosity, I googled it and it looks like they changed it up. They're now saying it will be called the 2170 and they expect it will become the new standard and that it will eventually phase out and replace the 18650 everywhere. I guess it must be good. After they take over the world, this might be the moment we look back on and say, "Man, I wish I had invested a couple bucks with those guys back then."

I've had pretty solid, positive, results with both FT and GB. I've done a bunch of orders from each, consistently 2 weeks to receipt, I believe only 1 item from each shop stretched beyond that.
I've also had great CS experience with them, correcting things is easy, fast follow up.

bummer,, i have been careful to group my items based on stock status..i dont want any 1 item slowing down a whole order. my rule of thumb is it had to be listed as avail within 2 days......if not then i will wait on that item and go with what was avail.My last FT order was placed on July the 17. And now? E-packet has not been berry berry good to me.
