More Jeremy rayon stretching vids, please!

I love watching you make the rayon sing.

(Am I weird?)
are you weird? well i dont know,, but i hope so!
i have linked so many other vapors to jeremy's beginning post here,, that he should have quite a following by now. i found him purely by accident looking around at the threads........technically its his notes about rayon that kept me vaping instead of giving up and going back to cigs... chronic vapors tongue was killing me.......as it turns out (imho) my vapors tongue was more about too much and clogged cotton.........once i got on rayon i didn't have any more problems other than a sinus & humidity issue that got fixed quickly.

my signature kind of explains my point of view.

I guess I don't see the signatures on mobile unless I rotate to wide screen. I didn't realize I helped you that much.. Great news..

Yeah I haven't had vapors tongue since way back in any other wick days... Heck I don't think even think about it, it's not even a thing on rayon. I can see how rayon would definately help.. Just another benefit I left off the op list..

Thanks for your support Kross!!

I always knew rayon was the best way to keep a new or struggling vapor - in the vapor:vapor: .

So glad you found us!

i am grateful to you.. on your worst day remember that,,others on rayon now may not have noticed why they dont have vapors tongue any more.......and its your work/research that kept them vaping instead of smoking and they likely dont even know it.

i think most nooby vapors are chain vapors,, trying hard to make this 'mod' work so i can kick cigs,,,,,,,,,,the mod and atty can only work as well as it was put together in the first place. and that starts with the wick,, feeding the juice.

Atm Merlin by Augvape & Roxy. The mtl screw on the airflow hole can be removed. It's not that airy though, I like the airflow. Not mtl with screw removed but not very airy I like the airflow. You can do dual coil but everyone thinks it's more suited for single coil. Lots of room on deck. Check out the thread on ...................
Maybe the Griffin RTA will suit you too. I'm sure others will answer as well.
I've looked at the merlin. I know it says its a dual coil but it really is designed for a single coil though I have seen some crazy build s like a sphere put in it and you could do stacked duals but that's not really what I'm looking for: more of the traditional dual coil style. Perhaps what I'm looking for just doesn't exist. I was hoping some others would chime in.

Alright. I'm just going to order the Rayon online. These people i called at a different Sallys seem to have no clue why it makes a difference between reinforced, non-reinforced, cotton, cellucotton for vaping needs, and then they brought up the salon care coil again. I don't trust them saying they have th right Graham rayon , and don't want to go there and find out it's not the right one again.

When you call them, ask them if they have the Graham coils by box number.
44040 Regular Coil 1200 Ft.
44043 Regular Coil 3 Lbs.
44060 Regular Coil 500 Ft.
44130 Regular Coil 40 Ft.

So now with the rayon, and doing scottish roll, would you want to wick any differently on say an RDA? Since you want it to hold as much juice as possible you'd want to wick it differently then an RTA.. correct? Like as opposed to an RTA you'd want it to wick fast, so you'd use less wicking material on the tails. Am I getting that right? Or am I overthinking this?

I don't. I use more RDAs than tanks, and still use really thin tails. Just don't lay the mod down on its side, or juice WILL run out of the air holes. It's a bit easier with a good squonker, because most of the excess gets sucked back into the bottle.

Is it gross that i have the same cotton in my tank for over 8 days now? Just plain old CVS or walgreens organic cotton balls. But I feel like it's would be pointless to re-wick at this point, since i got an RDA coming along with the Rayon, and I want to take a break from RTA's. The tank in question still tastes fine, should i just go by that? Just the fact thats it's gone so long without taking the tank apart and cleaning. I worry about some fungi growing in the chamber. I know PG prevents mold from forming. Maybe i should take some juice and put it on a q-tip and rub some inside the chimney of the tank. Hello OCD!

On topic, can you go really long without having to re-wick rayon? Like it doesn't gunk up and start tasting as bad as cotton does so soon? Or does that all depend on the sugar in the e-juice you use and how much you vape/wattage.

As long as it still taste good, no particular reason to change it out, chazz. I typically run 8 - 12 setups with different flavors, so each one may only get refilled every few days, if then. (Tootler ;) ) Never had a problem. If you're getting alot of condensation inside the tip, swabbing it out with a dry qtip is fine.

While I'm not one of the 37 liters of juice per wick crowd, I don't have any problems with the wick gunking up. Coil, yes :) So when a dry burn is needed, I'll rewick of course.
