Thanks for posting that, I just ordered the Supreme Light and now I have a starting point. May try a smaller diameter coil canted off to the side a little for the airflow, not sure yet.

Exactly how I built my titanium coil. The only issue with building between the posts, is the airflow vents only lineup with the wick ends, NOT the coil itself, as they would in a dual coil build, or a single with the adapter. Not sure how much a flavor effect this has, next time I'm going to try a single coil on one side with the adapter installed, and see if I can taste a difference?
That's what I was thinking/feeling myself. I built the Boreas like that too, the flavour is fine for me but the airflow seems choked off, like the air is of course not hitting the coils. Can you feel it when you take a hit? I can't describe it properly. It's .60 ohm coil, I started at 30 watts, slowing backed it down to 25 watts, cos when I take a hit I kinda choke? Can anyone decipher what I'm trying to say?
I noticed the instructions for the single coil adaptor, you have the choice of just plugging in the ceramic plug for single coil but dual airflow or using the silicone piece too & getting just single airflow.

I went off @markfm pictorial on page 244. :thumb:
Didn't understand what you typed. You said you may try smaller diameter coil "canted" off to the side a little for the airflow?

I'm at work now so I can't do pictures or drawings, but let me try to explain. With a smaller diameter coil I would get each end closer to the post hole where I'm feeding the wire to. That way it's angled a little and gives each side of the coil a clean shot at one of the air holes.

Not sure if that explanation is clear. If not rest assured I am very good at confusing people. :)

Excuse the very bad drawing but do you mean like this? With the coil going in a slant?

#2 which are the best new geni style tanks, it seems they will(might) keep up w/me, my modded stmini and bachelor are doing well but sometimes they dont keep up w/me.
thx
Imo, Limitless+.
Huge deck, more capacity and easier filling then Avocado 24. Also bigger airflow.
Both are good, though.

Yes, exactly that way. Just make sure the coil itself doesn't touch the post. That's how I build my Aromamizer V1 right now and I'm very happy with the flavor and vapor production. Disclaimer: I'm not a high wattage vaper, about 28-30 watts on that build, YMMV.

Interesting, I had never considered doing a single coil between the posts on a dual coil deck like that. I have a 3ml and 6ml v1 aromamizer in my stash I have not tried yet that I will hopefully remember to try it on some day in the future.

28-30 watts sounds about what I like too! I'll give it a shot!

stuck in a squishy pod called my brain
That's amazing.
craft women have been doing this technique since at least the early 90's,

all you need is paint,,spray is the easiest, but paints at hobby lobby give you more variety of colors, (dont use water paints hahaha),,

skip the borax

dont forget the high gloss clear coat.

if memory serves you can use latex on t-shirt dipping... the t-shirt will end up heavy and hot.. so it becomes a winter t-shirt.

several vid's just type 'paint dipping'

Here's a Rip Trippers video on vertical coils in the larger Aromamizer. Still doable on the lite version.

Vaping: Aromamizer Dual Vertical Build Tutorial!

Hey Mac, I haven't experienced any advantages over horz builds in any of my attys which were designed for horz builds. What I have noticed is difficulties rewicking, no change in flavor and reduced juice flow ie less power handling capability. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.
There are two applications in which I used verts regularly though, genny tanks which were designed for them and when using Ready-X-Wick (ceramic wick).
Are you still using vert builds? If so, what are some of the advantages you've seen?

I mostly go horizontal. The reason to try them in the Aromamizer Supreme Lite, is to get a slightly bigger coil in the small build deck.

Had to dry burn tonight, so I took a couple of pics after the re-wick. This is how I wick the Aromamizer V1, plan to try that technique mixed with a little of yours when I get the Supreme Lite.

Cool! :thumb: Thanks for the pics! It doesn't leak with so little wick? Are both the coil legs in the top post holes?

I agree with this, but I'm not a true vape hobbiest. I don't enjoy building and tinkering and fiddling. All my tinkering and fiddling is aimed at discovering ways to reduce the amount of necessary building, tinkering and fiddling I have to do along with the cost because I'm such a cheap ba$%@^!...I mean because I'm so frugal.

The Limitless+ fills the bill. It requires minimal effort to acquire outstanding results. It's consistent, forgiving, intrinsically versatile and it never leaks a drop...so far.

On the other hand, for the same reasons stated above, I probably have less experience with a large diversity of devices than many here.

Which is totally irrelevant as long as you're happy!

While I've tried a few other tanks, I keep going back to my KF2s, for many of the same reasons. Simple, reliable, and keeps me off cigs :)

It's irrelevant to me, but providing a frame of reference is totally relevant to someone trying to valuate my subjective opinion among various other subjective opinions. ;)

Sooooo, if I was to convert my stumpy over to BF which looks very easy.

Is the copper 510 pin going to be an issue for juice to flow through regarding corrosion etc? I'd love to have it in stainless but nothing I have fits. The FDV BF 510 pins will require more work but are probably the best choice.
