Wick Scissors. A little pricey ($1.38) but worth every penny!
:D
(seriously - these are awesome - supersharp, and I keep them dedicated to wick-snipping only!)

These are what I've been using for ages. They're very sharp and work perfectly for trimming rayon wicks.

I have a pair like that, and they are good, but with my thumbs, and fingers, I find them difficult to use.

Well the little scissors did great, wicking was funner/easier than it's ever been. There is a slight echnida flavor but I'm not sure if it's from the scissors or the CAP Vanilla Custard

Bahaha! Does echnida taste anything like chicken?

If you have large hands like me, all scissors are difficult. The cuticle cutters are great but I often times have to pry them off my thumbs.

Have we hit two pages of scissor talk yet? ;):D Just thought I'd stir the pot a little.
Stirring the pot will wake it up. Don't stir the pot.

My besties are these American made ones.

The folding ones that come in the CM kit are great but I usually leave them in the kit.

Uh oh, this will add to the conversation some. I never could figure out why a scissor won't cut left handed.

If you apply exactly equal vertical force on the top and bottom blades of the scissors it would not matter whether the scissors are left or right handed. However, when gripping a pair of scissors to cut something the human hand exerts both vertical and horizontal forces on the blades. Left and right handed grips exert these horizontal forces - which tend to force the blades together or apart - in opposite directions relative to the pivot point.

For maximum cutting efficiency scissors are designed so that your natural grip will force the blades together to improve cutting. For right-handed scissors you will have your right thumb through the hole on the top blade and your fingers through the hole on the bottom blade. When you cut, your natural right-handed grip will squeeze the blades together and you will be able to see the shearing edge of the cutting line on the material as you cut it.
