Paul, I have messed with that rubber cap on my iclear and ended up just not using it. The thing snap crackles and pops but the vape is a monster. Those caps are ridiculous. I have widened the top hole diff sizes and cut the sides to let the wicks breathe. I have tried 1, 2, and 3 strands of wick. I think one good rayon wick mat really work. Great idea. So your seals on the bottom have to be unflanged. Soemthing has to be unflanged at the bottom????

As far as the mix it will not be 24% nic nor 50/50 after you add the flavor it will be almost but remember you are adding 'n' ml of flavor.

Oops... think you meant something different you can cut it by buying 50/50 with 0 Nic. Mixed in equal proportions will give you 50/50 12% etc.

Well I was a heavy smoker plus I used skoal so I have been vaping 24mg up until now. With the rayon I'm using more juice and I can feel the overload of the nic. I did order some no nic VG and PG along with some 36mg this time and I'll be cutting everything back to 18mg, tonight! I like to have a bottle of VP and another of PG so I can tweak as I go but for the most part I've been using 75% PG and 25% VG in my little Kanger's. I'll be getting a Kraken and a dripper soon so that ratio may well change for those.

Out of all of it, I'm getting close to three years without a cig or that damn skoal and that's what really counts.

I thought about the coil unscrewing when the cap is removed but it seems they leak down the coil tube and through the air hole. Could be expansion contraction from the heat. Rayon works good though.

I feel that if I did do Do It Yourself juice I could get to like Rayon. But I have way to much on my plate already. I want to take a tank system, fill it with a juice I like (or a combination of juices I like to mix together), put that tank system on a battery device and vape.

I can't do that with Rayon as I have mentioned in other posts. So that is why I have gone back to cotton and liking it. But then I like the vape I get from the Kanger and Aspire tanks I have with the stock coils and wicks. Call me crazy but I just can't get on with Rayon.

I ordered from both. Delasco arrived. Others haven't. Once you finally get them unrolled (took me 3 attempts to unroll relatively cleanly), it was really good to work with. Taste quality is pretty similar. I can't even remember which device I put it in to be completely honest.

That said, I think it is actually easier to wick the Delasco once you finally get it unrolled. Not sure why, but may be due to the consistency being slightly more uniform. That benefit is a bit neutralized by the difficulty in unrolling the ball that I experienced. Not as easy as cotton to unroll.

I've found that if I roll the rayon balls gently back and forth between my finger and thumb the layers separate and allow you to find the beginning of the roll to unroll them easier.

I only have CC rayon and I have rebuilt about every atty I own and I am already down to only 498 feet left. One thing we don't talk about much is rayon is a whole lot cheaper than Ekowool by several orders of magnitude.

As I mentioned before I think I need to call my lawyer and have it added to my estate.
