Where do you buy yours? Mbv is far more expensive than that.

Sent from my Galaxy Note 3 via Tapatalk.

I get mine from MyFreedomSmokes and it is $8.45 / 120 ml and about $14 for 250 ml. I have seen some outfits that want $15 for 30 ml.

This will take you to the page with the DIY PG/VG + Nic DIY stuff: Our Unflavored Smoke Juice (Nic Juice, Nicotine Juice) - My Freedom Smokes
I wouldn't suggest buying more than 120 ml at a time it just last forever besides MFS is big on 25% discounts when you are on their mailing list.

You can buy 120ml of unflavored 50/50 with preferred nic level from Killer Juice for $6.50

Base Mix - DIY Bases / Flavoring

That is cheap but for using it straight and for diluting bad flavors I am partial to the 25pg/75vg. But I have added Killer Juice to my emergency list. Thanks

I keep a small bottle of vg to drip into my RDA to clean it out between flavors. I first vaped plain vg when I got the RDA to test the coil and wick.

Now that I DIY e-liquid, I started vaping plain16mg 33pg/66vg and 12mg 25pg/75vg for a change of pace and I like it.

I am with you Paul, only I use 25/75 @ 2.4%. I have a hard time when I try to reduce the nic level. I start thinking about cigs when I do.

Check out Wizard Labs, one of the best and most popular DIY outfits around with a very HQ clean nic base, Jatropha free... 250ml for 11.50!
12mg/ml Nicotine Solution

That's a good price but you only get PG + nic or VG + nic so you would have to buy a bottle of just plain VG or PG and do some mixing.
I don't thing I am ready to do that yet or ever. Between coil types, wick types, PG/VG ratios and nic percentage I am already in over my head. It is a good thing I don't have a wife my kitchen look like and industrial chemistry lab. - Ugh!

I just mixed some up. 48 divided by 4 is 12. So one part nic pg and 3 parts vg. Pickle jar, small cup. Fill the cup with water and dump in the jar 4 times. If it didn't overfill the jar you are ready. Dry the jar and cup. Put one cup nic pg and 3 cups vg in the jar. Viola, 12mg 25% pg / 75% vg.

Back to rayon.

I am getting better results with my gennies by using less, probably about the same as cotton or a little more or it could be less because I am not twisting it. Whichever it is, it is working great. Since a gennie only feeds the coil from one side, barring whatever is in the wig, I think I was restricting the flow through the wick hole with too much rayon. Time will tell but good tonight.

Some one send me an old genny to play with, mine is a piece!

but on the real, it vaped great, just couldn't chain vape the agi without getting a dry hit. and then something really gross happened as i tried to get it to wick faster which I will not mention so you can keep your breakfast/coffee/unsweetened green tea down:) needless to say I need to clean it out and rebuild/rewick with more cc.

treehead, I like the idea of drilling it out, but unfortunately for me, I have no access to a drill. Going to go to the local B&M my buddy runs and check out some of their kraken clones. that seems like a good genny that most are happy with stock. i would love to be able to fine tune my atomizers to my liking but even when I "drilled" out the agi air holes to 1/8", I did it by hand. and not a hand crank drill, i mean a drill bit, in my hand, and me twisting an atty around for 45 minutes. not to mention how much it made my hand raw!

as for the neg leg and the direction of the screw, I had that right as well, that leg just would not tighten up on the allen key. at least its been trashed since then:D good reason to start over.

I hear ya, it definitely wasn't easy! :D Even with a drill :, I've been there in the stone ages with ya too , nothing like twisting through a 3mm metal wall with your bare hands. I had a bit that wouldn't fit in my drill, so by the end of the day, I felt like I was trying to make a fire in the rain! Surgical gloves really helped though, it helped me grip the bit better, and helped ignore the slipperiness of my blood sweat and tears. :p.

I'm not using hair as wick, I don't care if it improved my vape tenfold.

What wet animal have you ever smelled and thought...that smells amazing...exactly ;)
Well, some people are down for the cause and some just aren't. Alpaca fur wicks could have been fantastic, but you'd never know!
