Finally figured out my problem. Thanks guys. I have been filling my KF3.1 from the top and never quite getting a full tank. And it always performed well. For me anyways. My KFL I was filling from the bottom going for the max tank. Kept getting dry hits on occasion. So this time I only partially filled the KFL and voila it works. Thanks again for the tip. CCr rocks!

Maintenance

This is excellent news, the Wizard is my one stop DIY supply Vendor. Was starting to assemble a extract shopping list, and maybe some more glassware, hopefully they will have glass rods. :D Am good on everything else till 2015-'16. Have increased my house main juices to

1. Madeyes Pumpkin juice
2. Captain Blacks Cinful Delight
3. Strawberry Blackapple Juice
4. Hypnotic Mary
5. English Blackberry Tobacco
6. Huck Fin's ... Stick Sauce
7. Black Licorice
8. Hot Buttered Rum
9. Virginia Extreme Fired Tobacco

Still have some flavors I haven't tried yet. Do a flavor of the month, sometimes turns into a new standard. Damn, need to do some mixing, getting low and 2, 3, 5, 7 & 8. Low means less than 100 ml.

I received today some delasco rayon balls and made straight away the ultimate test to validate the wicking properties I was expecting from it: using it in a original Taifun GS.
This small atomizer looks nice, comes from a reputable company who made a great atomizer (Taifun GT), but I've never EVER been able to wick it properly with cotton. I couldn't get more than 3 or 4 drags before the cotton dried and give me nasty flavor. Now with rayon, I can chain vape it like there's no tomorrow, and not a single dry hit.
Wicking properties or rayon: approved :vapor:

After speaking with deedupex and Drifter about coil and wicking. He told me he does the iTeo wicking in the Kayfun. Built a twisted coil at .8 ohms. Wicked the Rayon iTeo style with almost 90%VG. It wicks very nicely. Good hit and good vapor. Taste is there.

I've been still playing around with for a dripper that will last longer than cotton iTeo style.
