THANKS, that's means a lot comming from an ecf legend like yourself!!

Glad your digging it. I mean I was confident it was good but your take compared to your beloved KO gen do -

Shock and awe!

For some stupid reason I thought you were gonna be hard to convert.

Yeah, I am typically pretty narrow minded when it comes to my vape game. I only use stuff that is easy to work with, low maintenance and provides a no compromise, killer vape.

I've stuck with basically the same thing with only minor revisions for about the last year and a half.

This product checks all my boxes and hopefully provides an even higher level of purity that I'm always seeking :)

Props homie. I like it :)

Gonna recoil all three daily drivers later (cause I messed up 2 of the coils during density evaluations) and do some wick stretchin :). Pix to follow :)

im the kind of guy that i have devices for each flavor i like. i have juices i only will vape in certain drippers.
one of my top ten likes about cc is that now i can use different juices in the same dripper or atty.
i have a new storm-a and there is a juice i like in it, well i said screw it, i wanted to try the juice that i use in one of my quads.
i had to fight the urge to rewick, but i just dumped the quads juice in it...
yeah buddy!!!..first hit just a trace of the old...after that .....its on like donkey kong baby!!!!

now i dont have to take 5 drippers to work!!!!!

cellucotton sure has a purty mouth!!!!!!!

How are you folks wrapping your vertical coils with the rayon? RipTripper's Chimney build way?

Hi Vass - what's be working really great in my vertical coils in my KF's is this:

1) wrap the coil with a 360 degree wrap by starting on 1 side of the coil and then "crisscross" the ends on the other side of the coil so that the entire coil is wrapped with only the top open. Cut off excess CC so just the coil has wrap. A drop of juice helps hold in place.

2) next I soak in pg a length of CC about 4" L by a 1/2" W

3) cut the soaked CC cross-wise into small 1/4" pieces (ie. each piece then would be 1/4 x 1/2)

4) put the chimney piece on and lightly pack both sides of the deck with the soaked small pieces all the way to the level of the top of the coil. Don't pack real tight or too loose. With practice you will get the "hang of it".

This method will produce no dry hits and the most flavor and vapor I have ever gotten from a Kayfun. I hope this is not as "clear as mud".
I am not all that good at trying to write a good explanation. If anything needs clarifying, just ask and I will try to do a better job of explaining my method.

1.5-2x what you would use if it was cotton......jeremy has pictures posted up....

Actually I'm finding if I used basically the same amount of rayon as I would cotton I get a vape I like more than if I used more rayon.

I had to switch back to cotton one day after starting to use the rayon. Tonight I'm giving it another try with basically the same amount as cotton and I'm liking it better. Only time will tell. Needed to change the wick anyway so I said give it another shot. I only have 500 FEET of Rayon.

I just built my 4th KF using my old wick-over method, I used a very narrow strip just slightly wider than the coil...performance right off the bat is better than without it, just fantastic in all categories. So there ya have it folks, the Rayon is a rock star, :thumbs:I hope it works as well for all of you.

I'll post durability results in a few days once thru a few tankfuls...

Just rebuild again using more rayon than the first. Seems to work fine for now. See how it produces after it is broken in. So far no better or worse than cotton (but it's early yet)
