Alright folks, reporting back. Tried two builds with Cellucotton (Rayon) last night.

Chimney Build: Nice Vapor, About the same flavor, STRONG TH, too strong for me. This was with a 1/16 12 wrap with 28g ending up at 1.5ohms

Ended up going back to standard position micro coil. No flavor wick. This is my Go To build moving forward. Easy as hell to change out, GREAT vapor, AMAZING flavor, and a light TH, depending on coil position.

Cellucotton has got to be my favorite out of the other wicks I've tried. Once you figure out hot to work with it, its great. One thing though, you have to let wick soak for a good 10 min before vaping from what I experienced last night. I was so use to cotton that I started vaping right away and got a burnt taste, so just let is sit and soak up for a good amount of time and then enjoy the vape. I'm vaping Moon Sugar 6mg (80VG/20PG)

Seriously stoked on finding this thread, this stuff really makes a Kayfun shine!

Gotta tell you guys..........Found this thread two days ago, picked up my CC yesterday, just in time for vapemail and my shiney new Taifun GT. Lots of vapor, great flavor, wicking well. Very interested to see how long the wick lasts before changing. Changing cotton after 2-3 tanks was starting to be a pita.

As a bonus, my Aqua is now empty.....time to get out the wick/coil kit and put CC in it. Gotta work on emptying that KFL now.
Oh, and the Fogger is due for rewicking as well.

As a result of this thread, I'll be recoiling/rewicking several T3 heads and have high hopes. Even with cotton, could never keep T3 heads from gurgling and leaking. Crossing fingers.

Thanks so much everyone!

I also wanted to add, I went a little high on my coil for the Taifun at 2.4ohms (10 wraps @ 30ga). Dont usually run that high, but I have a Vamo, so I can give it 12-13 watts. I get alot a vapor and flavor, but it doesn't irritate my throat or give me a nic rush at all. Its very smooth with 50/50 juice. Perhaps those who getting big TH and nic punch might consider a bigger coil? Just a thought.

That's what I tried doing yesterday, went to a little bigger coil and also separated the wraps instead of having them touch ... it changed things that were already FANTASTIC into tasting even better if that was possible.

Same for my ARO Pyrex and mini PT 2's... now I know how to build coils and use organic cotton, and those have been vaping tons better than they used to, but even with cotton, still get the leaks -- now I can try the rayon in those too, and I'm guessing I'll see as much improvement from rayon as I saw when I changed from silica to organic cotton!

But the kayfuns come first... ;) And maybe I'll finally be able to use my nano without getting a burnt taste.

Buying the Sally's online seems like a loosing proposition. The places that sell the little 40' box aren't really geared towards online sales so ask $6+ in shipping. Add in the $4+ they want for the CCr and you're almost up to the cost of the 500' box. And you'll be able to share with friends, enemies and complete strangers because you have so much ;)

I say that we need to get the Sally's to stock the 40' box for vapers!

Just ordered some from Sally's. Used coupon "555320" for $3.50 off. Sweet.

Yeah, I used the code too! Covers most of the shipping.....

However, I ordered mine a week ago today, and it's not going to arrive until Monday! :-(

("Fortunately" my patience ran out quickly so I stopped in at a Sallys)

Its feeding fast enough to support 13w @ 2.4ohms? Wow, thats 5.6v and 30g heats up quickly. No burnt or dry hits? How is the material holding up?

I've got something for you I'll post later tonight. It can handle any heat you can put to it as long as it's not too tight in the coil. What you'll see later I think you'll be impressed! It will be a
Video!!

It will be a display of heat and instant heat up with //32@ 20w/ 6v

Yep, so far so very good. Just now, after you posted, I lowered it down to 9 watts, and it seems to be a little "wetter", more flavorful. Flavor is still great at 13w, but a little dryer.

If you know the Taifun though, it almost a "forced" wicking, in that the wicks are inline with, if not above, the coil. But no, not a single dry hit or gurgle yet after 24 hours.
