Mm? Did anyone ever do a vape comparison between the Sally's and delasco rayon?

After working with rayon, CC from Sally's, and Tencel in my little CE3 micro tanks for a few days I've come to the conclusion that rayon won't work well in the CE3. The Tencel does a pretty good job though. The problem is not a "fault" of rayon, but more of a direct result of how well it wicks. The CE3 is normally used on a stick battery so there is no way to up the power to handle the added amount of liquid that rayon provides to the coil. (..)
Slippy, may I ask you to give me a headsup in case you manage to find something? I'm not in the UK but close enough - so to speak - to benefit from such a thing.. TIAi really wanted to buy a bunch of rayon, but it seems really hard to get hold of over here in the UK (..)
I don't know what "Derp" means but if it is anything close to what I think it means that is about how I would feel in your shoes.
I'm coming to the conclusion that boiling rayon may get things worse..
I was not having a stellar experience with rayon (boiled for some 30+ mins) until today just for kicks I've tried the same rayon 'au naturel'.. Very different story, and appreciably better results.
Possibly due to scrambled fibers, who knows, but boiled rayon seems much closer to cotton, performance wise. Still testing it, we'll see in a couple days.
Just wondering if those CE3 may benefit from a low(er)-res coil when wicking with rayon on stick batteries..
The lower the coil resistance the lower the performance from the battery. Keep in mind these batteries are 280mah at best and probably down around 200mah. (...)
I would tend to agree with this, but it would be on a store by store basis because everything else in there is sealed for the most part, so it would depend on how many people are testing hairsprays and spilling other stuff in the store. I got mine in a pretty small Sally's that doesn't get much traffic at all, and I haven't had any problems with flavor yet.I'm really wondering if the bad taste issue some folks are getting is because the box isn't sealed in any way and there are all sorts of nasty chemicals used in the beauty shop. Simple cross contamination. So the poor sod who gets a box that's been in the path of something gets weird tastes but most get lucky and get a reasonably clean box.
