Is there a template somewhere in this vast forum for mod reviews?
Cappy, anything particular you'd like covered that has been missed before?
Thanks Laz. I'm kinda partialI need to reshoot the back....blurry
and get busy with a written review. It will be my first so I want to get some ideas so I cover the bases.
Capt' Brian,
I am so happy I won one of your beautiful Box Mods in your contest! My husband and I are new to vaping and really wanted to get one. My husband will probably use it all the time and then I will have to get one of my own
Thank you, thank you, thank you...you are the best!!!![]()

Agreed, and I don't know if I could call them imperfections. Each piece of wood comes from what once was a living, breathing unique organism where no two are exactly alike. Unique and individual yes, imperfections ? I would have a hard time saying that unless it was a man made goof where the planner chattered or router went wild. Oh noes. Don't ya just hate when that happens. That Black & White Ebony mod is the only one yet that I've looked at the wood imperfections in it and sent it off anyway, small chips, worm holes and all. Isn't it just a GORGEOUS piece of wood? I will try to get my hands on more of it down the road. I guess sometimes the wood is so precious you just have to embrace the imperfections and admire it anyway![]()

I use Howards feed & wax for maintenance.Been using my VV RSM over the weekend and LOVING IT!
I'm going to try to post a review in the next few days.
I'm wondering though, being wood, I'm sure there is going to be some maintenance required to keep the finish looking good. What do you recommend? Some type of wax or linseed oil?
Then there are bound to be some minor scratches, from time to time. What would you recommend?

Howards drys clear. Even works well on unfinished woods. Home Depot & Lowes has it. Howard Feed-N-WaxGood mornin' me 'earties! Happy Tuesday
All a matter of choice, but I would only recommend a wax that dries clear, as some may get in the pores of the wood and if it dries white then you will have little white pits all over your box. You can try to clean it with mineral spirits if that happens.
