What happens on the couple I just tested, is the far left digit (the one hidden under the wood) is used until it hits 4.4 volts. For example the far left hidden digit will show for example 4.00, 4.05, 4.35, 4.39. It uses all 3 digits until it hits 4.4v. Then it will stop using the left digit and just use the right two that are showing, 4.4, 4.5, 5,5 until it maxs out at around 8 volts.
So basically the way I mounted it, it's only easy to use at 4.4volts and above which fortunately is where most people vape.
Good grief, well, all I can do is offer them at a discount or make new ones for anyone who wants it done right.
