LOL I was reading on one of the wood distributor websites that they have to open the windows and doors when planing Zebrawood because it smells like the sewer backed up. Maybe its just them! hehe

Ahhh, next time I cut it I will try it... but with the vacuum running and the dust mask, hard to smell anything :D

Anybody have dimensions on the Wench? I thought I saw them recently, can't find them now. -Magnus
Magnus. Just catching up and saw this. Don't know if it's been answered as I think I have the only one in existence. :)

The MK Vi Wench is a stealthy 100mm tall x 49mm wide x 26mm deep. Very comfortable and rocks with a tank, cartos, and dripping.

good morning, afternoon, evening pirates! Came back from my holiday and found to be a lucky one as the Flying Dutchman arrived!! It is really more beautiful then any picture can make it. The inner works are immaculate. the whole unit is so perfect, it is really a piece of Art!!. Now how does it perform? It works beautiful, the tilt and shoot is perfect, no mess, excellent feed to the atty, not too much not too little. This treasure is to be used at home, take slow and easy draws, wait a few seconds and pick it up again. the regulator works good, it gets a little warm, but as Brian stated: it makes the unit alive!

Brian: again thank you, you are a international captain of the highest Seas!!

Totally awesome! I am so very happy that it arrived safe and sound and she is performing well for you, and it didn't take as long as I thought it would to reach you :)

Ahoy!

Well, it looks as if I'm officially joining the good ship Red Sky as a new crew member- possibly to the dismay of our able captain, to whom I am directing seemingly endless questions in the quest for the perfect wood for my cabin (I think I heard him mutter something about a "gangplank", so he's obviously thinking along the same lines).

Anyway, I'm happy to be here, and reading with some fascination the journals of all of the crew members who have been here before me. Looks like fair weather on the horizon, and I'm looking forward to the voyage!

Just a quick repost of the up-to-date info from the Captain for visitors... before I hit the bed.

Reposting with updated wood availability and ordering info.

Select one from each picture and you have made all the necessary choices. The skull stamp indicates it is not available.

The small catch cup is for 510 atomizer sizes, the larger one can accommodate Cannons or whatever.

All VV mods now use a 25W 3Amp adjustable switching regulator.
http://www.dimensionengineering.com/datasheets/DE-SWADJ3.pdf
