Anyway I need advice on what to do...
She wants me to either cut down or quit

This is my advice:
Cut down on - or quit - the relationship with this woman immediately. She sounds like a control freak to me.
Do not fool yourself for one second that, once you give up vaping to please her, this will be the end of it and she will let you enjoy your life in peace.
It will not be the end. It will be the beginning. Of more nagging, more badgering, more bullying. To change this, change that, give up everything that is important to you. Change, adapt, give up more and more of yourself - until there is nothing left of you. Nothing.

Run. Don't walk. Get out of this relationship while there is still time.

I was married to a control freak who showed his true nature after we got married and after we moved to his home country where I - a very young woman at the time - was in his power.

Run. Don't walk. Get away from this woman. And do not - repeat not - marry her. Unless you are interested in a living hell and then a messy divorce.

Been there. Done that. I know the signs when I see them.

It takes two equally devoted and dedicated people to make it a lifetime together. Each person has to sit back and examine their role in this and "own" what is their's.

or, if one person is psychologically damaged enough, that will make the relationship last a long time. if the locks on the dungeon are good enough at least.

My wife is still a smoker. She just can't or won't get on the vaping train. She doesn't mind me vaping at all though. She's never complained about me smelling but sometimes when she walks through a cloud she'll stop and give me the look and say "that stinks"..... I just blame it on the dog...

I'd suggest nicoticket cls as a flavour to try. As a vaper, when I have some in stock it's all I want to vape and everyone who is around me compliments the smell. Another flavor I'd suggest is mandarin or tangelo. I find it delicious and the smell it leaves invokes a response from others that is about as far from a reaction to smoking as possible. It's just fresh and zesty! Also you could try upping your pg ratio. Vg makes your vapor thicker, mutes flavour and softens your throat hit. Vg is great if you want to cloud chase and chain vape on a dripping atty with duel 4mm air holes like a human fog machine. But If you're using a russian 91 and you lift the pg ratio you will find yourself satisfied quicker without upping your nic level because that atty delivers great flavor and throat hit as it is. And the thinner vapor being exhaled will draw less attention to the fact you're vaping.
My gf smokes. Relationships are each unique. She has dumped me about 100 times in 7 years. Maybe more. Whenever I try to challenge her decision to end it she just wants out even more. Whenever I give up and leave her alone for a few days she comes running back begging for another chance. She can't complain about me, to me, without me. Sometimes I think she just need something to complain about. Start doing something else to bug her, like leaving your dirty clothes on the floor?
