Man its super great to see all these new folks collecting whole "families" of REOs.
I've been at this almost 3 years and it seems we have an influx of new REOnauts the last few months.

Must be Rob's genius idea #37 to start doing all the fancy powder coating in house.
From a guy that has 5 woodvils I must say some of these aluminum REOs are looking almost a sexy as some good wood.

All I can say is when the next batch of woodvils come around it might just be the most ferocious fight for a REO yet......... and thats saying something !!

Absolutly beautiful. What was your method of putting the shine on that door? Ive got a raw vv grand im interested in making shine. Ive read mothers aluminum mag polish may work. Any tips?

Mother's Mag is perfect! A soft clean rag and plenty of rubbing! Always use a clean spot on the rag. Apply the Mother's in small circles and take it off the same way. Keep a paper towel handy to clean the polish off your hands.

Never Dull Polish is a wadding that is great for keeping that shine!

I guess it looks glossy in that picture or its just the silver Door. I got it in a trade along with the painted black grand.

I have a Tumbled Grand that was shined to mirror finish. Also a Nickle Mini that was polished and reflects like a mirror. It is amazing to see that shine develop!

Planning to get a Vari after the Reo. But now... I don't know :)

Beautiful. Silvervein right? I got that finish on my daily driver. Its durable and still looks as beautiful as the first day. I got a feeling your desire for a provari will be replaced with a greater desire for more reo's. imo there is nothing better and ive played with a provari my co-worker lent me for a day. With the reo grand/rm2, some assorted resistance wire and needle bottle caps to wrap microcoils on, you will quickly forget the days of wanting to suck a tube and buy pricy tanks and gennys that cant compete with a rm2 with micros.

Cool I was assuming thats what it was based on the controls and brakes but seeing as I've never been in or seen inside a engine it was only a guess. I could pick your brain for hours lol. Thats the only vehicle in the world us trucks are afraid of lol!!!!!!!

Ordered within minutes of each other. Not everyone subscribes to the Reosmods LLC credo of speedy customer service. Going to start messing with coils in the meantime. I want SXD-quality micro coils in my life.

They are so easy to bang out you will be surprised :) and if they have some small gaps, don't sweat it - vape it :)
