Many people (including suzi) said that I didnt use registered shipping. I dont see the reason that they lie. (ok, maybe I see it;-)). I always use registered shipping, thats the reason I have tracking numbers (even if they are mixxed).
Suzi never came with a solution to me, she came only complaining. I offered her the solutions but she told me that she will post her problem in public. I said ok do it.

When I spoke to a woman from the USPS that handles international shipping and gave her 2 of the 3 random tracking numbers you provided to me; she told me that the method of shipping you used for these packages did NOT provided for detailed tracking/tracing - that only express registered shipping (which I used when sending the package to you) provides detailed tracking/tracing. I don't know what type of shipping - or what it's called - you used. I only know what this woman from USPS told me based on the numbers you gave me.
I came to you behind the scenes (so as not to embarass you) several times asking about my 'missing' package and asking for an explanation as to why bionic_vapour_guy was told to keep a device that did not belong to him in lieu of the one he sent to you for the upgrade. Each time I was brushed off and waved aside. You may view that as complaining. I was trying to get honest answers and help.

You asked me why bionic kept the device and I told you that I dont want another delay to another customer. Am I good supplier for him? Yes I am. As for you now, your problem is not the GG but the GG now. As I told you, the prosedure with the post office was 1 month. You didnt like it. I said ok, I will refund to you for the missing parts. You didnt like it. Now you say that you agree to send you a new one. I can do it but you will complain about shipping time again.
