Will this do? You just told potential customers to go fu** themselves and that they are worms. ANYONE that comes to this forum could be a potential customer

this is your entire post in the This shall be my last post thread...i kindly highlighted what i quoted u in saying...and i read just fine thank you. and um i think u are getting all of us mixed up because you told me nothing to begin with....i understand the whole concept that is the issue right now. you instead of trying to resolve the issue are running circles around everyone opposing u. just make it right is all we are saying.

Why do you think that it was for you my dear? If you still want an answer to this thread's questions please do it. Keep on topic please and dont change it

Why is there so much bickering about this. This has nothing to do with any of us accept Imeo and Suzi and we are here to help support Suzi not bicker about who is right and who is wrong. This will not help Suzi at all.

She deserves a new GG with brass caps its as simple as that. If your offering to pay her for the GG and brass caps just make them for her so she can have her GG.

Many people (including suzi) said that I didnt use registered shipping. I dont see the reason that they lie. (ok, maybe I see it;-)). I always use registered shipping, thats the reason I have tracking numbers (even if they are mixxed:D).

When I spoke to a woman from the USPS that handles international shipping and gave her 2 of the 3 random tracking numbers you provided to me; she told me that the method of shipping you used for these packages did NOT provided for detailed tracking/tracing - that only express registered shipping (which I used when sending the package to you) provides detailed tracking/tracing. I don't know what type of shipping you used - or what it's called. I only know what this woman from USPS told me based on the numbers you gave me (which you don't even know who they belong to).

Suzi never came with a solution to me, she came only complaining. I offered her the solutions but she told me that she will post her problem in public. I said ok do it.

I came to you behind the scenes (so as not to embarass you) several times asking about my 'missing' device and asking for an explanation as to why bionic_vapour_guy was told to keep a device that did not belong to him in lieu of the one he sent to you for the upgrade. Each time I was brushed off and waved aside. You may view that as complaining. I was trying to get honest answers and help.

also as i have stated in other posts i do support suzi and feel that a replacement should be made. but saw the post that i quoted and thought with what he was saying that it should be pointed out.

As for you now, your problem is not the GG but the GG now. As I told you, the prosedure with the post office was 1 month. You didnt like it. I said ok, I will refund to you for the missing parts. You didnt like it. Now you say that you agree to send you a new one. I can do it but you will complain about shipping time again.

So you need something else that I cant understand. What is it?:)

I also asked you why you thought it was okay to give away a device that clearly belonged to someone else who was waiting for it. I also asked you how you would explain a 'delay' to the person who's device you gave away? I also asked you how would it be possible to trace MY package when you didn't even know what my tracking number is; all among other things.

I think you understand what I want quite well as it's been stated repeatedly.

1. I want MY device back that I sent to you for repair. If that's impossible because it's truly lost in the mail or because you gave it away to someone else or because it was sent to someone else in error then:

2. I want a replacement GG Grant with the brass end caps since that was what I purchased and that's what I sent to you for repair. Or:

3. I want full and complete restitution for the money I have spent purchasing the device and the various adapters, etc. (Not what you think it's worth or are willing to pay)

I don't know how I can make that any more clear to you.

hey imeo here's a solution for you:

1) whip out a new one
2) send it Fedex International Priority (*I have no idea where you or suzi live so zips were guestimated)

anything short of THAT and you're a bigger fool than you sound. You should NOT being doing international business if you can't handle simple shipping.

Business 101 = it takes $$ to make $$
