Thanks for the info ... appreciate it. :)

I didn't order an extra module (yes, I should have) ... but I'll try cleaning it. It only lasted one day "with a great vape", but I vaped it pretty much "non stop" the first day. Still ... hum.

Like I said - I really like the tank ... just hope it gets better.

There is a small seal at the base of the module that is really easy to dislodge if you bump the center at all while refilling the tank. That is most likely where your leak is.

If you unscrew the bottom you should be able to re-seat the module.

Thanks :) I'll try that!

Um, someone here mentioned rochester vapor, I think they're $10 and free shipping? Rocket Tank E2 - Rochester Vapor Oh, i lied... not free shipping. Sorry! And they don't have a wide selection of other vape stuff.

I'd say your best bet for the tank right now if you need other stuff, based on vendors I've heard of selling em, is DiscountVapers - Your source for savings on electronic cigarettes and accessories, Go-go eGo, vGo. He's got a rather broad inventory, so hoping he's got what you need. I know there's a deal for savings on tank that I think was in his newsletter, but I didn't save it. Think it ends on the 4th. You might be able to find it here, but I'm not sure. But even without it, $13 isn't bad, esp as cheap as the rest of his stuff is. But I don't know of any 'huge' vendors, madvapes/litecig etc selling it, where you're sure to get everything you need, unfortunately. Plus, I think Eric at DV is the only one selling both 'sr' and 'lr' cores for the E2 right now, and he's got the lowest price on replacement cores I've seen so far. He also sells the E2 driptip, as well as a few other chrome/stainless tips. I have the 'gyroidal' driptip, and it looks truly fantastic on the E2. Just picked up another steel one from him yesterday, so hoping that one looks as nice on it.

Are people having better luck with these now? At first I was reading complaints of gurgling and leaking but mine was working fine for a 2 or 3 fills. Then mine started leaking. I tried several things but nothing seemed to work. Today I took it all apart, cleaned, dried, refilled, tightened caps firmly and WOW it was back to fabulous again just like day 1. After a few hours though the gurgling and leaking started again and now I'm getting occasional dry/burnt taste hits intermittently. Then I find this thread and it sounds like you guys are having good luck with them?

I really want these things to work. I really like the style, easy fill and there isn't any plastic taste that I get from the Stardust types. They are also the best looking tank I've found to use on my Twist although I would love to see a smaller version also! When it's working it produces wonderful flavor and vapor but I don't trust it now or know if it's user error or if the tank has tanked!

Did the small o-rings come off of some other egig equip or did you just have them?

When mine starts gurgling or acting up I just do a quick clean and switch to another module and let that one dryout. It seems to work good again for at least a tank or two. It is very easy to suck the juice out with a syringe too.

Yeah,I think originally those were used on the nut on an odysseus pin,but they are a tad too thick still

I had the exact SAME problems as you.

I had a few people post some good suggestions ... and I was VERY hopeful it would take care of the problem. Unfortunately ... it didn't. :(

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong ... or if I received a "bum" one. I did put in a new atomizer today - again, VAPED WONDERFULLY ... until tonight. Starting leaking into battery connection. So, if you figure it out - let me know. I, too, REALLY WANT THESE TO WORK. I really, really like them - when they work.

I agree, these don't have that "plastic" flavor, just pure juice. They're a bit finicky, but any CE2 I've tried is. I've found that mine work better when I just keep them no more than half full. Someone mentioned in the thread about how the center post must be kept straight, it's true. It's not a solid base at the bottom. I pushed the post aside a bit to fill and then it started leaking into the battery. I straightened it out and it stopped leaking.

Last week, it fell on a concrete floor and busted all apart. I was like oh well, that one's broken for good! But it all assembled back together and haven't had any trouble with it since. The top part just snapped back on the window. There are a couple drops of glue that keep it secured, but aren't necessary. It all snaps together tightly.

Yeah, just around the protruding spike when you remove the drip tip...my guess a flat rubber washer would be even better.

What it does is it kinda seal the space between the bottom of the well and the drip tip, preventing juice to find its way into the tube...very crude though.

Main problem is seal around the top cap and silicone cap really

Main culprit is the seal at the top I think;juice will collect and find its way down;again,I have added an o-ring around the lil spike and its been 4-5 days,no gurgling

Can you possibly post a pic for us "technically challenged folks" please?

I was just about to order a colored one from Rochester Supply (?) but now I'm hesitant to purchase another.

K, now mine is basically not vaping at all. lol Thought it was the thick juice, so after 2 separate SR heads, and about 4 tries with 'thinned' vg juice, I got NEW LR heads, and bought a very thin VG (literally about as thick as a vg/pg blend). Loaded it up, waited overnight... flat out NOT vaping. Anyone have any sorta troubleshooting advice for me? lol Going nuts here. Loved this thing, but can't figure out what's wrong with it.

I tried a small o-ring from a drip tip and then started getting dry hits. (I mean, it solved the gurgling, but now it's the other extreme). I think the o-ring was too thick, and once the top was screwed down on top of it, it pushed the silicone cap down too tight over the wicks, thus not allowing any juice to be wicked to the coil. I'll have to try a thinner o-ring. Great idea! It makes me wonder why the designers didn't think of something like this. Kind of like the washer seal for the Vmod.
