i think that would be a good idea. the gurgle would put me off enough not to buy it. thanks for the review btw, i watched it yesterday, very good too.if you said it in the video i missed it: what pg/vg ration juice do you use?

from the looks of it these can be easily cleaned a time or 2 before a new post is in order. im hoping to get a week out of one (cleaning included) and if the flavor is good on these, they will be golden.
robbie, you have tried both phoenix and this. are they comparable as far as flavor goes?

I think the flavor is better on these than the Phoenix (though everything is subjective when it comes to flavor!). I was using reduced-pg ectoplasma from JuicyVaper (that's what they call it, I guess its like 80/20 pg/vg--they don't tell you exactly though). The gurgle is annoying when it happens. Currently, I'm not having gurgling so it's an on and off thing (usually gurgles more the fuller the tank is). You can blow it out and see there's some juice that got in the center post. I am going to try lifting the silicon cap a little as suggested if it gurgles again.

Quick question... any of you having dry burned hits? Just got mine today, and love it so far, but I'm having some issues with it. I am using a very thick 100% VG though. Any solution that you guys know of for the burned taste? BTW, Vapor's Choice price is NOT a typo, Lone Wolf just has exemplary products at great prices, much like DV. Makes sense that one would have better prices than the other from time to time, but can't go wrong with EITHER vendor, two of my very very faves. Nice human beings, too, and I always like giving my dollars to nice people. lol Killer 'French Vanilla Keoke Coffee' for $10/oz at Vapers Choice, too, and can't wait to try the Peanut Butter Banana I just got. I tell you flat... I don't care if its $7-$13... these feel like $30-40 tanks. MUCH more hardy and substantial feeling than the vivi nova (or as my buddy and I call them.. 70s porn stars. rofl). Praying I can get my burned hit thing straightened out, cause this is a killer tank! Looks divine on my stainless lava tube, also.

And howdy, Robbie! Loved the vid, thanks! Hope you had fun in Puerto Vallarta... I've been there many a time. That town always makes me do stupid things. rofl

I think the general consensus is there is no top and bottom, Debadoo... just which ever end you screw top on becomes top and same with bottom. ;)

Robbie, how did you tell which end was the top/bottom on these? I'd watched your video a few days ago and was impressed by these, but also was wanting to try the vivi nova, but if I can get this for 7.00 that might oust the vivi. lol

These are better than the Vivi Nova. I have two Novas that will be gathering dust when I get my two additional Apollos.

That is surprising to hear orachel. That is what I've liked best about these is I haven't had any dry or burnt hits on mine like I did on occasion with the Vivi Nova.

I'm starting to get that impression Tx! Now I really want to try these.

Orachel, Robbie said on the previous page that after he did his video he did get some leaking and found that there was a top and a bottom specifically and as long as he put it together right, there was no leaking, but he didn't say which was which.

Yep, just came back to tell you that. rofl I just noticed that and was like 'rut row! better go tell debadoo!' lol

And TX, really guessing its cause the juice is too thick. Gonna leave it overnight, and if I keep having issues, I'll just get a bottle of my 100% VG juice with extra flavor, and then dilute it with some everclear or water to get a thinner consistency. BUT maybe it just really needs to soak in better, and problem will be resolved. Thicker juices definitely can make issues with wicking in a clearotank, though. Had I THOUGHT of that ahead of time, I'd have filled it with some 100% VG from highbrow vapor, since it is very very thin. I'll work it out, but I can ALMOST taste how fabulous it'll be once I get it fixed, and am just impatient. Cannot. Believe. This. Is. Under. $15. Killer tank design.

i would be very surprised if 100vg juice would wick on a top coil ce2 type carto without thinning it down. im guessing youll have to make it a bit runnier.
the look of these things are so solid compared to vivi novas. is the wick in this tank thicker than in vivis? from what i see, the vivi has 2 wicks on the latest version, which would promote wicking.

If you decide you want to sell them instead of keeping as a backup, pm me. I'd still like to try them. But I did just order one of the ex calibur tanks. I do wish he took CC's. I hate paypal. Had my cc # stolen through pp once. But it's done. Can't wait to get this and try it! I hope these are as good as the other ones.

Next up, a decent atty, extra charger, a few more of whatever clearo/tank thingy I end up loving, and I'll be set for awhile and just need to get juice. But when my order today gets here, I'll be set for a little while on that. Life is good! :)

How's the flavor on these compared to the new vivi nova's? I get tons of vapor with the nova 2.5, but the flavor does seem to be lacking a bit. I can get over that though due to the ease of use. I am kind of glad the tech of these changes so frequently, soon we'll all be able to find something that works with as little fuss as possible!!

I think the flavor is better on the Apollo. It is great that the PV equipment gets better and better. It is unbelievable how many changes I seen in the last 2 1/2 years. The prices have come down about 50% too which really helps because I've bought a ton of stuff in that time.
The Vivi Nova was my favorite tank until I tried the Apollo.:)

I don't think I have the latest version of the Vivi so I'm not sure on any changes. I have the latest modules for them though.

Oh, I thought you were comparing the apollo to the vivi 2.5, but no matter I'm still super excited to try this. Hope this one from vapors choice works as well as the one you have and love.

I have the latest modules and those are all that could affect the vape. I'm pretty skeptical about all these .5 changes every week. I think it is mainly to sell more procuct.:)
