Still struggling to find a proper filling method. This is making me crazy. Due to my water test last night I know that as your filling when it gets to the halfway point where the chimney reduces to the stem this seems to be the point that liquid floods the chamber and starts coming out the airholes. i normally fill at a slight tilt. I filled the SS one which I never have had a problem with straight up and down very slowly and when I reached that point I stopped and opened the juice flow just a 1/4 turn to release pressure then closed it back and continued filling slowly to the top. Put the topcap back on inverted it, burped the juice flow once again then righted the tank and opened the airflow not a drop came out. laid it on its side for 30 min not a drop. repeated this with both of the black ones and same ole crap halfway thru the fill starts coming out the base... it only leaks about 1 ml then it's fine. I can lay it on its side turn it upside down and nothing. I've tried filling with the airholes open and closed didn't seem to make a difference. has anyone tried filling without closing the juice flow? I still swear it a pressurization issue. only happens when filling and then stops.

I fill the stainless one I have like I used to top fill a Kayfun. Juice control and afc closed. Fill, put the top back on,
invert, open the afc and blow. usually get a few drops out. Open the juice control while still inverted, give it another blow, and it's usually good to go. I could probably play with the wicking some and see if that could eliminate a step or 3...but it vapes so good I don't really want to mess with it.

2.5mm 6 wraps .25ohms
absolute best vape ive had with this tank
this is very close to a dual coil vape
warm, very flavorful, great clouds
so much better than a regular clapton
i dont think i can ever vape anything else out of this tank

Tried that along with every other wicking style. I don't believe it's a wicking issue. Wicking problems would continue to leak. This only occurs during filling. once it spits that ml of juice out during the filling process it's fine after that. I'll vape the rest of the tank without a drop or a dry hit.

I use Rayon and here is my second rewick.

Ones I cut it to length I need, I flaten the wick so it looks like a triangle from the top. Then I cut off the edges on both sites so it looks rectangular and push the wick in to the juice channels.

Mount the tank and keep the juice control fully open at all times.
Fill the tank and start Vaping. No dry hits at 35w. I can go to 50w but I have to prime the wick.
Open top cap and I get some bubbles but no leaking.

Second pic you can see wicks tails sticking out in the juice channel.

Looks like a pancake type method is the only wicking method that is close to working for me. I think the fact it is not perfect has more to do with me having no idea what I am doing. My left pancake was bigger than my right and I'm not sure if anything should be touching the deck or not. Whatever is in there right now seems to be working pretty well though. I've tried other techniques with the wick in the channel and those just do not seem to be working. Would rayon make this any easier (assuming it would make up maybe a little for my "newbness")?

Just received mine from Efun.top, ordered Dec. 29, shipped from China to Los Angeles. Pretty quick. :)

26/32 spaced clapton, 3.5mm, 3/4 wrap, cotton with ~1mm in the juice channels, no more. Working perfectly, no leaks filling or otherwise.

First impression is I like it much more than Lemo 2, a comparable atty which I ended up giving away. Was looking for a full size single coil RTA with big flavor and max air to replace it, and this might just do the trick.

You can try Rayon, but youll have to test and tune to figure out how it works and how to wick this tank.
