I used to make fun of yoga and think it was hippy crap. Then my back was hurting so bad I had to try something, so I gave yoga a shot and couldn't believe how hard it is to do yoga. I got into it for a few months and did it daily, and my whole body felt so much stronger and my back pain was much less severe. It's amazing stuff.
Do you do it from youtube or in person classes? I used Yoga with Adrienne's videos, they had the bonus of her being quite a looker

I have lowrr back issues that make it hard to walk. I found an stretching exercise that helps release a nerve that gets pinched. I do it several times a day wjen I'm sitting anyway.
