I also love the top granite but there is a fairly strong vein of pink hues running through it. It is perfect for us, and we are not pink people, but I am thinking of when we go to sell the house down the road. I feel the beauty of the piece as a whole will win the day, but you know how some people are about certain colors. It will take almost 2 slabs to do the 8x4 island and the surrounding countertops so that adds up to quite a statement.

We were going to do just the island in the exotic granite but found that the only thing that would work on the perimeter countertops was black and we definitely do not want black. Other colors were either too busy or too expensive. Choosing black granite would make me a slave to every bread crumb and speck of dust. We have it on two bathroom sink areas and we hate it. I am too old and too lazy to wipe down that much space every hour.

get the one you love, don't worry I'm sure it will be a selling feature that moves the sale of your home along quickly.

Well. I just placed an order for the evic supreme. And 2 purple efest 35amp batteries. Contacted myvaporstore to see why the announced months coupon code didn't work. Joyetech asked them to not apply the code to the new product. Customer support gave me 6% off rather than the cancelled 10%. Im happy. Coupon still payed for a battery. Lol.

Child is getting antsy to play outside. Of course its thunderstorms later today. We have no clean clothes or a dryey or we would play in the rain now.

Girlfriend doesn't like the protank draw on her battery. Too airy she says. Any ideas to tighten the draw? I was thinking plumber tape on the threads and pop a single airhole. And another if needed.

Just An FYI:

Just finished reading an article that a friend sent "Me" from the NY TIMES (Reprinted in the Sunday Business Section April 27, under the title "Vaporland") about "eCig's" that was quite an interesting read since it centered in the Heartland of America - Oklahoma . . . IMO - I found it to be very fair and balance too . . . So - I thought I would post a link here so people who haven't seen it and might want to read the article for themselves (Just be forewarned it is not short and quick):

Boy, do I have a lot of STUFF. Some of it is real nice, some of it is Stuff. I have been spending the last two days emptying the large china hutch in my dining room, an antique china cabinet in my living room and the stuff on the fireplace mantel and all over the kitchen, dining room, and living room so that all is put away before the destruction (construction) starts in the next week or two.

Did I say I have a lot of Stuff? What does a person do with crystal and china and statues and mementos of a lifetime? I should part with most of it. Daughter in law and son are not interested in any of it at this time in their lives. A lot of this is handed down from my mother and my aunt who dealt in antiques. Nothing is priceless to sell to retire on. Wish I was one of those Antiques Roadshow people who has a painting or piece of crystal or something that was worth thousands of dollars. I have good taste but not to that level. Not the luck either.

So what to do with it? Too good for Goodwill. Probably try to list some on Ebay maybe. Will think on it. I am tired.

While going through some of the stuff I wanted a cigarette. Not a craving, but I think more of a memory of my long departed Mother. She was a chain smoker and some of the stuff made me think of her. So I rewicked my two R91s and put a tobacco in one and my Caramel Pear Black Tea in the other and had those with me to vape while I cleaned the pieces and put them away. More to do tomorrow.

ETA: I reread that comment regarding Goodwill. I give a lot of things to Goodwill every year. What I mean in this context is that these items have too much meaning to me to see them piled up haphazardly on shelves, unloved. I will give everything away to people who would love them first.

That is a nice article. My one issue with it is it's misleading. There's no need for regulations about mixing liquid. That could be done simply through state health boards, require a card, inspections etc. but no one's ever done that. I think those are rules many stores are following anyway.

Nobody can figure out how to get even a drip tip through the new market application path. Cigarettes aren't a good example because there's still 4,000 applications waiting for approval 5 years later. The fees are insane. Maybe not if a company does high volume business, but it says right in the OMD economic impact that "small and medium business will probably choose to exit rather that apply for a new product application" The devil's in the details. I also had to laugh about nicotine asorbing through skin. I think almost everyone has spilled diluted nicotine on themselves. It's probably not good on a regular basis and I'd be a nut case doing it with a small child around, but it's not as toxic as stories have indicated. Zeller could issue a regulation against flavors the day after the deeming is finalized - and a good chance that will happen before the 2 yr waiting period happens. I think it's pollyanna's imagination that these regulations are workable or contribute anything towards health and safety.

Meanwhile, there will be an online auction May 17th with all proceeds going towards CASAA. It's not all vape items. My hunch is it's going to be pretty good from what I've heard (locally). The Vaping Militia are hosting it.

OK, another screw up by me in my project you are helping me with. Have 4 arrivals so far, who they from? I know one. Also, is your screen name in your msg/sig? I am going to ask you to claim your town so I can identify where we are. Sorry all. I did not plan this very well. By the way I am not opening anything so privacy is maintained.

We have: Dayton (know you), Raytown (?), Seymour (?), Shreveport (?). Recipient will need to know who you are too, so claim your town!

Lox - I have a question for you. I got a bottle of the Walmart vegetable glyercin last summer. It was opened in Sept. and I have been using it on and off. Does this stuff go bad? I have some high PG juice and have been trying to reduce the PG with the VG and it is tasting terrible no matter what. It does not taste good alone either when vaping it. Toss it? Does it go bad? Stored in a dark place.

Thank you for any help on this matter.
