Within the past few months there's been a rash of bugleries and guess what the target appears to be? High end mods. Even 2 b&m's were targeted. No one's seemed to figure out where they are fencing the stuff since several items were unique/customized and recognizable. 1 home invasion was general (grabbed anything not nailed down) but they left the tv and grabbed all the vaping stuff. The least theives could do is be more stupid.

Oh, I just hate dreams like that. Maybe that one got it all out of your system and it is good that you remembered it. Like you said, must have been a doozie. Stay vigilant for a couple of days and I bet it passes quickly. Poor FQ. With this time under our belts we should not have to go through that. You will be fine.

Same for me, there is nothing valuable in my car, the stereo is an old dinosaur and I don't have a gps or camera or anything in there, except trash on the floors! So to prevent thieves cutting the top and costing me a couple grand I just leave it open.

Had a dream about smoking last night, I almost never remember dreams so this one must have been a real doozy. I was planning out steps in my mind, driving to the store and buying a pack. Intended to smoke the whole thing! When I woke up I was shaken. . .Anyway, complacent due to time passing, and now must be on my guard again.

Have a great day everyone!!

Just got a call from the vet. Kitty's blood work came back fine. She is old and fat and evidently healthy. Thank goodness. So we have to take her in tomorrow or the next day for a steroid shot and whatever else decides she needs. I know a diet is going to be on the list. Kitty and mommy need to behave for a bit. Daddy swears he does not slip her any goodies.

While half of the country is getting snow and ice, we are having pouring rain and thunder at 36 degrees out. How strange.

Shari,

PM me your address; I'd be happy to send you what's coming tomorrow ;-)

I think we've got a surplus of white stuff coming down now - I'd be happy to pass on at least the cold :D

Latest weather update for us is that we are supposed to miss that freezing rain/ice line by about 50 to 60 miles to the northwest. Hope the wind does not blow even a little bit. We may get ice briefly overnight but supposed to be gone by am commute. We seem to live on a major line where North and South meet with these weather systems. 50 miles one way or another makes a huge difference in our weather and there is a lot of difficulty predicting it sometimes. So major confusion lots of the time.

My EVODs paint jobs are dried, tape is off.
Here's a couple on my itaste batteries and an Aspire tank on an Innokin 650 fixed voltage battery with the lanyard clip I painted Seahawks green as well.
I'm trying to decide how to go about painting the itaste batteries because the paint isn't sticking to any of my batteries except on chrome areas. I've gotta figure a way to get a primer or something that'll stick to Innokin paint. Can't really see it in the picture but the blue paint is peeling on the 650 battery too. I don't want to sand the paint if I can help it.
The EVODs give my juices a different taste than the iclears. It's like with combo flavors the dominant in one is submissive in the other and vice versa. They're both good with Killer Juice just different. The EVODs seem to use more juice than the iclears also but that might just be my imagination.

EVOD's definitely use more juice than the IClears; I think the main reason is that with a BCC the wick is almost always immersed in the liquid, with a clearo like the I16 it wicks much more slowly. One huge difference is that with a BCC, more juice gets sucked into the wick when you draw on it because of the pressure difference. With a TCC like the Iclear16's, the vacuum pulls air through the wick, not juice.

You're totally on-target about the taste. The same is true about voltage levels as well. The exact same juice will taste very different depending on the head you use, the voltage/power, and how well the head is wicking (along with a bunch of other variables, like what your wick is made of, what the coil is, etc.). For some, that's part of the excitement, for others that's part of the frustration.

As far as decorating your Itaste, how about a decal? There's a company (jwraps) that sells pre-cut decals for just about anything out there, IMHO they are scandalously expensive. But you could take any decal and cut it to match whatever mod you're using?

Thanks Mark.
Where others get their fun working on the innards and customizing them I'm more content to work on the outside. Part of the fun for me is solving the problem of getting a paint that'll stick or figuring out how to make Krylon stick. Remember men named Mark not only have internal problems and weaknesses in the head we are also stubborn once we take up a challenge, though those links put it more gently. In pretty sure Kilz will stick. It's made for making latex paint stick to oil base, stain covering and I've yet to find anything it won't stick to. I just have to wait for the weather to warm up some or at least a sunny day. Not gonna have the wife remind me of my internal head weaknesses by painting in the house

I think itaste batteries are anodized aluminum. Try self etching primer.

Thanks a lot. I'll run my my local Michaels tomorrow and see if they've got any of that. Heck if they have it in navy blue I'll be ok with a flat sheen of primer and not worry about a shiny top coat. If prefer a flatter sheen than the Krylon satin anyway.
I just remembered my sister in law does etching in metals and glass. I'll bet she either has some or can tell me where I can find it locally.
Thanks again
