Ok did a really stupid thing today. I tried to kill a fly with my hand on a window. Broke the window, fly went through hole, cut my palm had to go get stitches. Now I'm in pain and and feel like an idiot because I knew better.
I swear, I need to live in a rubber room or something.
I spent and hour and a half trying to build a coil with 30ga wire and get it mounted on my r91. After the third coil that I could not get the legs to stay under the screws I switched to 28ga and mounted a coil in 10 minutes. It is my first 1.0ohm coil and is giving my Provari little fits since it reads a little low once in a while, but it works. I needed to do one more wrap on it, 9 instead of 8 so it is a little higher next time. Vaping Smooth Criminal tobacco on it and it is a good vape.
It's weird that 30ga wouldn't stay under the screws, but the fatter wire would -- I usually have the opposite problem, but I just go on and wrap the wire around the screw so I know it's caught. I compromise between 28 and 30, and use 29ga. Harder to find, but worth it.
What does that Smooth Criminal taste like? I've wondered ever since I first heard of it.

Smooth Criminal from Ahlusion is a bakery type tobacco. For me it is a little spicy when fresh. I let it steep for about 5 or 6 weeks. The people on the Ahlusion thread say that it has been reformulated and now does not need to steep. I have not tried the new version yet. It is a net but the tobacco is not an overly strong one. I do taste the rounding sweetness and a touch of a mild spice after a steep. It is my favorite tobacco vape now.
I just picked up a 30ml bottle of NLV Gold tonight at 6mg. I will see if I still love this flavor after not vaping it for about 6 months. It is the flavor that got me off the cigarettes last summer.
Hmm... I might try out that Smooth Criminal; at first I didn't think I'd like it, and I probably wouldn't have, but I'm finding the sweeter vapes a lot more pleasing than I used to, and of course the bakery flavors -- the blueberry muffin/banana nut bread is my new favorite. The other one I've been liking a lot lately is the Long Bottom Leaf pipe sauce... it's a tobacco flavor, but sweet, with a lot of coffee flavor in there too. I've never tried any of the NETs so I have no frame of reference for what they would taste like -- and they do tend to be a bit pricey, so I wasn't sure I wanted to spend that much for something I had no idea if I would like it.

Another tobacco that I really, really do enjoy is The Plume Room's Honey Fig Tobacco. You can taste the honey and the fig in it. They have a weekly special that starts on Monday nights, keep your eye out and you can pick up a 30ml bottle for around $11. They change the flavor every week so keep checking. Their Banana Pudding and Banana Mint Milkshake are very good too.
The smooth criminal sounds great Question though you said spice like cinnamon or more of a set nutmeg? Cinnamon has been way to harsh for me but out sounds yummy

Going to be out a while while I get things right... Marlboro here I come.
Back when I can wrap my head around it, maybe.
Hey everyone, long time no speak!!
Still hanging, haven't had a cigarette in a week, whoo-hoo! Got some interesting new flavors from a Secret Saint, so no desire to have a stinky old yucky taste in my mouth. Fingers crossed!!
Hope you're all doing well, prayers for those who need 'em, and talk soon!
