I wonder, just out of curriosity, how many people and for how long would that much ejuice last? Let's say for the sake of argument, truck is full of 100 % nic juice. (1011mg as I understand it)

Probably one whole major city? If it was made last year, could it still expire on 2012 if the truck is kept cool and dark?

to answer your question, yes and no..... I would bet that half would go bad due to moister. The best bet to keep your eliquids in top condition like new is to get one of those devices that you slap on a bag and then suck all the air out of the bag. This would lock in the freshness of the day you got the eliquid. That way you can keep the eliquid even pass the expiration date.... just make sure to put the bag into a dark cool place.

I keep mine in the fallout shelter next to a plethora of weaponry, canned foodstuff & of course twinkies! (they never go bad)

Dont forget the happy meals. Those things never go bad either!

Some incredible stashes here! I keep all my stuff in a kitchen cabinet (no kids in my house) and 3 lowely bottles of juice in my fridge. If the ban starts tomorrow, I'm in deep doo-doo.
