My favorite mod. I only like small, pocketable mods, and I've never seen a smaller lighter one (external battery type) than this.
70x24x40mm, weighs only 79g. Single 18650, and I was surprised to find how really well made it is for only $50. Oh, and it's a dna 75 chip. The accuracy and quality of vape have spoiled me, so other mods just don't do it for me. And because it's dna, I charge on-board. You can do a lot of stuff with the eScribe software, but you don't have to.
Would love to buy another dna mod, but can't find any smaller than this.
Here it is with another popular single 18650, the Wismec Sinuous P80. Which is also great, just not DNA.

Efun has the Aegis for $30 and the Aegis Legend for $40. Takes around 3 weeks for USPS delivery from China. Shipping is around $6

You have to set up an account to see the discounted price on the Legend.

Geek Vape AEGIS 100W Box Mod - $29.99

GeekVape Aegis Legend 200W TC Box MOD - $73.90

Is it safe to buy from these sites and are they authentic?

I forgot to mention that I want the second mod to be travel friendly, what I mean by that is small, light, usb charger (although would prefer something like with a wall plug) a snow compatible with those two tanks mentioned.

@brewsmdawg - I saw your post after I posted my question. Can you tell me the names of all these mods in your picture.

The one by itself is the one I was recommending, the SBody Macro.
In the pic on the right: Left is the Wismec Sinuous P80, very popular, and a great little single 18650 mod. I'd highly recommend that one as well, and you can find it for $20-30 now.
The middle is a tiny internal battery Nugget X. It's okay- just got it because of size, and it still has 2000mAh power.
Right - the Sbody Macro again, with the other 2.

I can vouch for FastTech - I buy most of my stuff there. 3FVape, used them a few times as well, no problems at all. Other China shops - never tried.

No discredit to the Pico. I personally don’t have any experience with it but it looks to be well built and seems to be a popular unit. But the reason for the OP’s question is so he can explore the possibilities of larger mesh tanks to which the Pico is very limited in accepting.
The Pico 25 will fit up to 26mm.

The Aegis is authentic. I ordered and received one from them. They are also a forum vendor here. Got it in less than 3 weeks

3 weeks? You must have the patience of a monk. I’m an instant gratification kinda guy, I get stressed waiting for my card to process at the cash register!

The Nunchaku mod on the way is already what you're asking. Single battery mods are safe to charge on mod, but for the car I would get this...

LOL from China to US, 3 weeks is good. Only faster way is DHL and it is $25 plus customs fee.

I have dozens of mods so can easily wait for good price

I know, 3 weeks from China is really good. Cisco, which I have exclusively worked with (on the enterprise level), requires 6 weeks min on new orders. They keep a surplus for major repairs but anything new is made to order, wait for the shipping containers to fill then onto their destination. But delays of shipment for work doesn’t bother me. Had to wait 2 months for an audio component to come from Europe once….went out of my mind!

There are too many of these online store and I don’t know which to trust. I don’t mind waiting, however, if I can get it faster from a USA store for an extra $5-$10, I will most like buy for a USA store if they have been vetted by you guys.

Yes the uwell nanchuku is what I want except that I have to carry the charger and spare battery with me as well right? Also looking get something else so I can try the mesh tanks I mentioned. I have heard they are very good for flavor.

Any of the listed vendors are generally good

I know what you mean. I remembered that I put this together a while back, from recommendations on this forum. Some might be better than others, but seems everyone loved My Freedom Smokes & 8 Vape, and IMR for batteries. E-Cig City & Eciggity also get high really high marks from forum members. They all came from recommendations of people here.

I found the vaperesso armour pro kit for $43 on eightvape and it looks fine for the price.

My only concern is when I am traveling out of the country, can I use the usb side of it to stick it into iPhone wall charger and the micro usb end on the device and charge it this way?

If not are there and usb to wall socket adapter I can buy?

If you are at all concerned about your wattage needs and want a two battery mod that is small, light (seriously it may be smaller than a couple of my one battery mods) the Eleaf Invoke springs to mind. Even though it's very light, it's well constructed and I've dropped mine on multiple occasions.

I do understand that it's a concern sometimes to consider 2 battery mods, I am just worried about the possibility of battery life, given your wattage needs although certainly, it may be easier to just swap out batteries in a single battery mod, (carry them safely in battery cases) but if you have ANY interest in longer battery life, the Invoke is cheap, no frills but does everything moderately well (and you can upgrade to arctic fox I think, if you want more precise TC at some point).

It's almost crying out your name (in my opinion) although yes, that is just my opinion.

The issue with in mod charging is the extreme fragility of microUSB2. My personal solution has been to use magnetic connector cables and leave the adapter in the device permanently. This reduces the number of insertions which is the bugbear of microUSB2

USB durability is an issue, but it's not the main reason i don't charge on-board (unless it's DNA). We've seen what damage these batteries can do, and I just don't trust the mod manufacturer to 1) properly design the mod with redundant safety features to ensure it charges at a rate the battery can safely handle 2) that it is designed to properly sense the battery type & maximum voltage to stop delivering power properly, and 3) that they use top quality OEM components that won't fail so it will charge properly. I mean, there are mods out there that go for less than a decent charger.

I know, I know - as I type this, it sounds kind of stupid, considering that we all trust mods to discharge the battery at the proper rate without malfunction, huh? o_O

Maybe I need to get myself to the Dicodes thread, or pick up a used Provari.;)
