Good point. I think the one on the right, the original, is though. Bottom appears to flare out slightly to match provari profile. Might also just be the way the shadow falls in the picture.

First purchase was misrepresented. Second yesterday over the counter, it was sold as a clone. It's a 35 dollar paperweight.
Right one has P3 base, fake has P3 threading. That's why the bases look so diff.

So, does that fake P3 thread even fit? It's so much longer than the authentic, and the P3's threading is not deep enough to accept such a long connector...What in Sam Hill were those cloners thinking???
No bud, it's the P3 510 adapter and just looks long because no Provari ring on it. I don't really want to derail this thread anymore, but let's just say the counterfeit looks the part, but it's a pos. I'm over it.

I'm really liking the look of the brass Chi You with the Kayfun 4. Not sure whether it's the brass or the 23mm, but it looks awesome. Makes me tempted to get another Dominus, but with the brushed brass hybrid extension. Having a clone as my only brass mod, I'm assuming that a genuine will have much harder, less easily scratched and nicer oxidizing brass. Is there any type of coating, perhaps even a ceramic auto one, that will protect brushed brass without giving it a polished gloss look?

Did a small coil - 0.30mm Kanthal A (0.02 Ohms/mm), 9 wraps, 2.0mm drill-bit, 1.6 Ohms . Rayon wick bowtie. Mother's Milk. 10-ish Watts.
Meh.. great vapour, no taste. Just an experiment, though.
My ejuice taste per se is still no that good... Vapers tongue.
