kayfun 4 Landed from Vapinart. The Hologram is good on the box, the spacing between the 1 and 0 on the 100% looks good. There's a hologram on the Serial Number.

Oddly enough, I received #1908?

Now time to build.

I wanted to order one just to test the waters and it looks like I'm going to be ordering another one next week. Woo hoo.

Nice, I wish I would have knew vapinart had them before I ordered mine from Amsterdam lol. Compared to a few other tanks I have tried, the v4 has been the most enjoyable to vape and build on. Can't wait for my other one to get here.

Not even a single hint of a dry hit on this champ. It vapes like a dream. I noticed more flavor in my KFL, so I will try tightening the draw on the K4 and mess with coil height etc etc, but so far so good. This thing rocks. Also, I smoothed out the pin, so it doesn't grind the P3 pin as much and the juice control threads are smoothing out after being used. Its all smoothing out and breaking in nicely. I saw what someone said about a K4 lite version and that's got me all excited. I don't need it, but I'm still interested in what they have coming.

Same here. I was vaping all day with my KFL and noticed it's a lot warmer and flavorful because of the reason you stated. I think I need tighten the airflow just a tad to regain some of the flavor and warmth.

Agreed. I left the airflow open because I thought more vapor would be better and all that, but if I lose that flavor its not worth it. At least we got a new toy to play with and figure out its sweet spot.

I haven't heard anything about a k4 light, but Flo did say in his FB group they are working on improvement parts for the 4. We're assuming the spring issue and I dunno what else.

Probably a base that has a dedicated P3 connector, and one for the 510, and one for the Semovar...?
Some have speculated removal of the juice control, in order to subtract some length/height of the device?

SM also said, they're working on that issue with tighter AC.

That's for the Nickel builds. There were some rumblings here about this already. Someone (you?) said it makes the spring pointless.

Twernt me...

I think the spring has a very definite use.

That is actuating the juice control.

This is for making a more stable connection when JC is open. And only. When JC is fully open, it connects.

The spring on a factory V4 does the same job only it connects whatever your JC is. And being a spring its not suitable for stable Nickel builds.
