I dunno about that, looks pretty flush

Does your cap protrude? Neither of mine do, they fit flush exactly like the Yihi caps did. The mods are rock steady and don't totter back and forth at all. Since the maker states they're designed to fit flush, I'm not sure about the "by design they are longer".

So I'm saving a couple of minutes according to your experience. I know that's not all that significant but the quality of the threads just feels better to me. One Mini I have came with very smooth threads, a second was not as smooth but OK, and the black one always was pretty rough. Since all are like butter now, I'd say the variation is coming from the cap threads and not the tube threads.

I like precision and the cap simply matches the rest of the mod.

Seems as if I jumped too soon, my apologies for not gathering all the facts I only viewed the picture of the caps un-fitted.
Now since viewing cap fitted I must agree with you guys it looks good and functional.

I have always been very careful with my caps so as not to cross thread them. The last time I changed the batteries I cleaned them like normal and applied a very thin coat of Noalox on them it really made them easier to get them on correctly. Wish I had done that before.3 of mine have always been pretty easy to get on one was a little harder but now they are all easy.

I do not care to keep buying mods anymore. have slowed way down. will get either the dna 200 custom box or the sx ml. the big question is did they fix the paint and cap? I prefer the 350j hands down. do not like messing with pc's even though I am a skilled c#/web programmer. so that will be the deciding factor. waiting on a dna 200 custom box but will back out and get the sx ml if you guys report those two issues are fixed. truthfully the custom box is nicer hands down but I still prefer the 350j chip. in reality the dna200 does more but you are tethered to a pc. plus not making mac was unfair of them. pretty much everyone I know that is a c or basic programmer is cross platform. including myself. I do not prefer either machine they are both fine. however not everyone has apple and pc at hand. just one question. does the dna200 support any kind of wire as of yet? I warn you guys there are some wires that will kill you but that is another story.
I'm waiting for the upgrade supposed to come out in December. From what I have heard supposed to be better. I'm very happy with the way my M works on NI200 and Ti even if the Ti mode is not apparently set at the right TCR it works fine on the Ni mode with temp offset and from what I read by TheBloke the new NiFe70 wire will work also wanting to find out more about it.

I'm wondering if anyone is experiencing the same thing I'm seeing.

I'm using the VS Ni Atlantis coils with an Atlantis tank. Over the last few weeks or so, I have gotten a few dry hits. IT very well could be since doing the firmware upgrade.

Either way, I am not seeing the dry coil display and it doesn't seem to be detecting when the coil is too dry. Anyone have any idea what's going on?

I'm running at 50J 450F.

Probably don't need 50J on the ni200 profile either.

That's just where I like the vape. I don't have it at the same setting with other juices and tanks. Just my current ADV in the Atlantis. I run my Subtank at 20J 380.

Have you experienced different with the Atlantis Ni coils?

I haven't used them in months, but when I tried them on the SX M, IIRC I had them around 30J and 450F, and that seemed OK. Not sure though.

oh man they put the ce on it now. I hate that. makes it look like cheap Chinese imo. my sxm looks terrible but just does not quit. hit is the best to me. I will say this mod was worth every penny. paint failed but it is the function that counts amongst many a dead mod around here. it is pretty much all I use and I have over 60 mods including about 10 high end customs. you just can't go wrong with this one. sad to see the ce now though. cap certainly looks nice.

I found as long as you have the cap level it will catch no problem. of course sometimes getting it level is tricky. no big deal to me anymore. the overall function of the device eclipses any inherent quirks for me. I am not sure I even see a reason to purchase another mod now. especially not with the ce and trashcan on it now. if it ain't broken don't fix it!

The CE and trashcan are on the M Class as well, not sure what you mean?

you know what? duh! all three of mine do have ce! that is what happens when you are 95. not kidding. I guess it does not matter to me then if I do not even know it is there lol.

I was wondering what is with these "newer" devices than 350j2,dna200? the innokin does not look like much of anything. 350j2 looks like it owns right now to me. I don't really need it though? as I just use ni.

btw, I am almost positive yihi is straight legit. however there have been many fake ce marks on electrical devices. funny that those very devices are the ones that tend to explode. even if Chinese only buy from legit sources I say. just trying to help.

CE has always been on it, country of origin and recycle symbol. Have a look around your home plugs, switch's most small and large appliances you will be surprised at the number:).
Have to agree Its a Great Mod. working great No paint problems still looks new!
The CE mark has nothing to with the mod coming from China! It's a European conformity mark for safety etc.
