I had some juice eat the tape and glue off a new Boge carto which in turn ruined my J tank tube as soon as I got them yesterday. I think if the juice is that powerful I'm going to do shots of it tonight. Mmmmmmm Teaberry Schnapps :)

Yeah...ummm...you might want to remove the tape and glue next time. Vaping glue is probably not so good.

Sniffing glue at least would might give you a rush.

yes, crap quality, they are bulging out already when just bought...so don't expect any good in the future

Anybody worried about the o-rings getting damaged when you push the cartos into the tank? Shouldn't be an immediate problem but I'm guessing the wear and tear would eventually cause some problems.

I didn't know. All the other juices I've used so far in my Liquinator with the tape on my carto worked fine.

Take off the glue with alcohol on a napkin, comes off pretty easy. I seen some say glue remover but i don't want that on my carto that is about to be submerged in juice im vaping.

Damage to the o-ring can be avoided if you remove the carto by NOT sliding the cut portion though the o-rings. Just slide it back in the tank like you would when you fill it, and remove the whole top with carto in it. Then pull out carto from the bottom so that the cut section is never slid over the o-ring. It's not the edge of the carto that causes the damage it's the rough cut done with a dremel.

Thanks, I appreciate the help. I'll give them a call tomorrow since they're already closed for the day. In the meantime, I'm heading to the new store in e-cig store in Laguna Beach to get a DCT. I also have the GP-SSR to hold me off until I get my order. I'm just a little excited because I found out my Provari was already shipped which I ordered before the Liquinator. Kind of scratching my head since the Provari has a 3 week lead time and the Liquinator just says confirmed on my invoice.

It took me 17 days to finally get my liquinator. Seems kind of long to wait for two identical pieces of metal to be machined and polished. If you're going to contact them, the only way you'll get someone is by calling them. Any other way and you won't get an answer.

Seriously what a waste of a good "in". They have a great product and they could be building a massive client base but instead they have people who will only buy one product (which has already been knocked off by several vendors) and will never order from them again.

I hardly ever post on the forums here (mostly just lurk in the background), but I feel after about 2years of vaping that people need another honest opinion:

While to receive my SS liquinator, some extra atties, and extra tube (69$~) only took 8days the complete lack of communication turned me off on the company. After reading several posts on here I became concerned that I too would be waiting multiple weeks and decided to send a quick nice email about an update on the status of my order. To this day that email was not replied to nor even looked at I imagine.

I have seen several posts saying "simply pick up a phone and call them". Even though this doesn't seem like that big of a stretch, it should not be required for a business that lists email and facebook as a communication method.

That being said, they DO have a nice product. I heard others had issues with KBV liquids in the tank, I personally do not. (Hummingbird nectar, Rice Krispity, etc) If only they could brush up on their customer service, I think they could be top notch. For a 70$ top piece.. I think its justified to expect a little more.

Just my :2c: , Vape On!

That's very well put. I ordered from them on 6 separate occasions. 3 out of the 6 times my order was incomplete or incorrect. I love their products... Their QA... Not so much... HOWEVER, their CS in my opinion is very good based on my experiences. Wrong order, phone call, shipping notice within the hour. That's awesome! HOWEVER, if they could just step up the QA, I don't think I would deal with any other company...

I would also like to give them a nice shout out. I ordered 2 extra sets o-rings and received them. In the package there were 4 outter rings, but for the inners, there were 3 sets (x2) each set a different size... VERY NICE. Now your able to customize how tight you want your cartomizer to fit in the tank. Not sure if they are doing this when you order a tank, but I HIGHLY recommend picking up an extra set or two to have on hand or to fix any problematic tanks that someone might have.

$70? I have the Stainless Steel full tank which was $45 when I ordered. Am I missing something?

I also am not understanding the issues with ordering time and communication as I personally have had no problems (I have placed two separate orders for tanks).

I have received my tanks in less than a week both times I ordered (my latest order, the stainless steel variety complete tank with an aluminum drip tip for a total of $60 after taxes and shipping costs, I called on the phone rather than the website on a Friday around 5 PM central time and received it in the mail 5 days later, Tuesday using the USPS priority ($5) shipping option).

Maybe there are supply issues going on, perhaps there are issues with the website, or perhaps there are tie ups with the credit card / payment system (there have been alot of hacks going on lately in the financial world). I dont know.

What I do know is, while these guys 'could' respond to an email, personally, I am glad they have a phone number. On two separate occasions I needed to call for assistance with wicking and got the assistance I needed immediately after calling.

Without a phone number, I would be in the same situation I am currently in with a recent batch of e-liquid I ordered that tastes like old tires. I cant get any assistance or customer service as the supplier has not responded to several emails I have sent.

So, in closing, dont be lazy and dont bad mouth the supplier until you have made every effort to contact them.

These guys prefer the personal phone touch. Other suppliers prefer facebook, others an email, and others even still a PM on their own website.

Being antisocial is no excuse.

Im sorry if this comes across as blunt or harsh, it is not intended to be.

I believe very strongly in the product and while maybe they should not list facebook or email as an option for contacting them if they are slow to respond, I think it is a bit unfair to badmouth them when you have not simply called them.

Now, maybe their is a valid complaint regarding having to potentially pay long distance phone charges but in this day and age, there are options for not having to pay long distance. Google talk with a VOIP number is one such option (I would find it hard to believe that an ecig smoker who is on the forums doesnt know about VOIP). And of course, if you have a cell phone (I suppose it would be to much to assume as much), you dont pay long distance fees in the first place.

And yes, my tanks are awesome (both the delrin and stainless steel versions) and yes, I forever am having trouble getting the damned atties to wick correctly (it takes alot of fiddling to get them to wick initially). Once they are however, the atty is good for about 3 weeks.

For convenience, here are two phone numbers for them.
