I never take the caps off because they're nasty to get on and off and they can mess up the o-rings IMO. I do wash my tanks out but only once a week, and when I do wash them out I still dont remove those outer caps.
+1... Same here!

Well, whaddya think?
So how exactly can you fill the liquinator without removing the end caps?
Cant you do it from the other end also? That way you wont be sliding the oring against the slot on the cart.
So far so good. I only filled it half way. I had some gurgling issues that I think was from vaping too hard. I ordered some different syringes to make a couple more. I dont like the one I made today.

What don't you like about it?
You can get some 20ml syringes on the cheap on ebay. I ordered some today for .30 each, so .60 for a tank mod. I'm good with that.

Yup, the steel block, spike and a pin to act as a stopper for the carto. You just put the spike in the designated hole and give it a nice, hard tap or two with a hammer.
I paid just under 4 bucks for 4 20ml ones. Can you post where you ordered yours from?
No, its fine on my Provai too, I cant really describe it... I find that it sits on an angle at times... I do pocket the device. It does make a good clean connection, but it doesnt seem to thread fully... I have taken it out of my pocket to sneak a couple quick ones at work and litterally had to adjust the carto with the tanks cause it was crooked... I dont like that...
