Concentrate on the nic.

Hardware like tanks and mods will still be around on the international market, but nic will be harder to find and heavier (more expensive) to ship.

Yea, nicotine will definitely be my next focus. I stocked up on my favorite juice, but that even buying a large quantity of premixed juice isn’t going to last long really.

SO BEEN THERE DONE THAT . . . Primary  never said not to - nor gave me a hard time about it, however my Pulmonary was :nah: AND - had a very self-righteous attitude about my stopping smoking in more ways then one. He already knew that I didn't "take any guff", but even though I provided him with a lot of information (especially from here on ECF & CASSA), he argued with me for over 4 years about my using an e-cig (still dual using at the time). Then recently (8 months ago to be exact), all of a sudden - He said I should try an e-cig to stop smoking . . .

Bet Ya' can't imagine what I said to him that day . . . :-x :-x :-x

Especially since, unbeknownst to him - I already became a full time vapor when I started using unflavored w/menthol/kolada . . . Just Sayin' . . . ;)

.
Yeah a lung DR. will tell you that breathing air is bad for you.

Same here. I have been mad at my hoarding until this new gongshow started. Now I’m happy with everything I have bought with slight regret that I didn’t start stocking up in 2018/19 vs 2015/16 (newer equipment). :thumb:
I don't regret my 2016 stash as it was mostly Provari's and Kayfuns, can't go wrong with them :) I still use my Radius's daily. I do have some newer mods I added too.

Man, I’ve been vaping for near 10 years now and somehow I’ve gone all this time not understanding the lingo, lmao.

So, I’ve never got into rebuildables, but I guess it’s time to do so, along with stocking up on a few coils as well for my tanks.

Thanks, any other tips please share.

RTA = rebuildable tank atomizer (for regular mods)

RDA = rebuildable dripping atomizer (if you like to work for it.)

squonking RDA's are sometimes also called RSA.. rebuildable squonking atomizer..or BF (bottom feeding)

I'm perfectly content vaping my 2015/2016 low-tech devices that will likely out-live me.

I'll catch up with you one day, maybe.

It is comforting to have found at least one sweet spot of a setup and liquid that works well. If it wasn't for the quick obsolescence and regulatory pressures I probably would still have just a couple satisfying options. Instead, all kind of post-2013 stuff is in unspecified location, fun variety for years to come!

I'd say I'm ready but not necessarily done. Early on with vaping I figured out that government hated vaping because of the money and would try to get rid of it so I'd better stock up. Making a rational stash became part of the hobby, may be the focus. I planned for a 10/20 year time frame, meaning a high probability of making it 10 years and a chance of going 20 if everything works as planned. I reserved the option to buy more than the plan called for if the probability of interference increased. Well the probability of interference sure has increased so I'm adding a few things. However I'm so happy to have gotten most of it done years ago and have practice vaping off the grid.

I'm in Michigan. Pending any clarification from state officials my perception of the written rules is they do not want to criminalize non commercial consumer behavior and that is sensible. What that should mean is there will be no interference with my vaping related activities so long as it for my personal use only. Time will tell.

Taking flavored eliquids off store shelves might be enough to discourage most kids. Cool and chic is important to them. Will most of them be willing to mix and rebuild? Doubtful. Will they smoke instead? Time will tell.

My impression is that most under-age vapers don't use bottled liquids and open-system devices to begin with. So I suppose they'll go to informally marketed pod devices. Not much different than the pre-filled "cart" devices they use for MJ. Where there's a demand, there will be a supply.

After a couple years of shinyitis and vaping regulated devices, I have in the last week rediscovered the joy of my simple old standard REOs. With the woodville I got a couple years ago and the 2 new low profile REOs I ordered this week, I am content that I am set for life. There is a great deal to be said in favor of a nearly indestructible mod that I am perfectly capable of fixing myself.

Are my regulated devices out of the loop permanently? Oh heck no! I just needed to be sure I would be satisfied with the simple stuff I have so that I can go on for years when the stuff dependent on computer chips and wiring eventually dies.
