The only Fireball recipe I have written down is one I found here by sturat5150

20% Cinnamon red hots
5% EM
Thank you Debi. I have seen similar ones. Something a little more along my mixing style with creams and vanillas, certainly the red hots! I'm sure I can knock it out in 30 minutes, but it's good to have an idea of where you're headed before hand.

Yeah, I found this one in my notes and my first thought was "there are not enough ingredients in this for Bill. Must have some vanilla or cream." lol

I'm sure you've got into this, but I've been wanting to do this one when I got a proper dripper.....

Ok, my morning consisted of:

Ren's Minthol (Thanks Bill ;) )

Wintergreen - 7%
Koolada - 1% (flavor to taste)
Bavarian Cream - 3%
Sweetener - 2%

My FIL is the createe of this flavor, so when he returns home tonight, he can try it and we can see what adjustment he does or does not require :)

Dad's Mellow Minty Menthol

Spearmint - 5%
Menthol - 2%
Koolada - 1%
Sweetener - 1%

Same as the above.... we'll see. He wanted something that was a "clear" flavor (which I took to be non creamy) that wasn't as overpowering as the usual menthol types, but still yummy.

Jay's Custard

Butterscotch - 5%
Vanilla Custard - 3%
Vanilla Creme - 3%
Sweetener -2%

Named for my Uncle Jay who passed yesterday. This one is pretty darn SMOOOOOOOOOOOTH. I will see what it's like tomorrow maybe and then decide if I want to do a bigger one. This is WONDERFULLY sweet enough for my sweet tooth and I can see it being my new ADV.

Smooth and Sweet Strawberry Creme

Strawberry - 9%
Bavarian Creme - 2%
Vanilla Custard - 5%
Cotton Candy - 2%
Sweetener - 1%

I want to EAT this. It's insane! Nuff said :D

Boy's Pina Colada Candy

Pina Colada (LA) - 15%
Cotton Candy - 3%
Sweetener - 3%

I know that the numbers on this seem odd... but after 600 drops, this finally tasted "right" to my son (hence the "Boy's" name of the juice. Somewhere along the line we had a friend that would hollar for him BOYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY and that child would never fail to come running lol It just stuck :2cool: ) I've no desire to vape this flavor for some reason...It smells very yummy, but not my style I suppose. I'm more of the creamy vape gal. :)

So far everything above tastes amazing. I'd like to see if anyone else is willing to try them and see if they agree. Please mind, as I have said before, I like my flavors quite sweet and very flavorful. So make sure if you aren't, adjust accordingly. Happy vaping!:vapor:

Definitely gonna try Jay's custard today. I have a very similar strawberries and cream....good looking mix there Ren! Not a big Pina Colada fan or a menthol fan, but I use both. 1% of pina colada will correct harsh edges on many mixes. Smooth tastes just like it, so very similar, but less coconut on the smooth.

So, four to make now:

1. Fire and Ice
2. Fireball
3. Jay's Custard
4. Peanut Butter Cup

Good for you on the 100 drops method! Really let's you find the sweet spot, right?

Gonna have some lunch and then mix away. Will post anything interesting. Fingers crossed! :D

Thank you for trying something dedicated to my Uncle :) I appreciate it. Let me know what you think, if you please. I agree on the PC vape. Not my thing either. But, hey, the kiddo requested it and since I had it, I figured why not?!?!?!

I will keep the PC smoothing in mind. Thank you. I did notice that you mentioned a while back that Smooth smelled like PC. Odd.

As far as 100 drop method... I only see one issue with it right now, THERE ISN'T ENOUGH JAY'S CUSTARD TO GET ME THROUGH THE NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I'm already addicted. lol I have a feeling that the next 30ml bottle I have open will go to that). I have about 20-5ml, 12 or 15-10ml and 2-15ml bottles open right now. And my next order from FT has a 30 and a 50, but that's not even paid for yet (still making a few decisions on some unrelated goods and such), so it'll be a while for that. Starting to wonder where I can find a few bottles locally lol I'm rather sure I'll pay out the back end for them though

Which reminds me, Bill, did you have any luck on the bottles?

Made first one:

Fire and Ice

Cinnamon - 7%
Bavarian Cream - 4%
Cotton Candy - 4%
Vanilla Swirl - 3%
Koolada - 2%
Menthol - 2%

Well, that's an experience. Fire AND Ice for sure. Not normally a menthol person, but with the huge amount of cinnamon (usually less than 1%), this one is a hit. Even the missus liked it.....and I liked it too. As usual, my creams, vanillas and cotton candy came through for me adding a richness and deep texture that wasn't there on the mixes without them. This one is ready for prime time out of the can. May be awful after steeping, so we shall see. So, ONE...

The 100 drop method is strictly for taste testing and makes about 2.5 ml's, or about an hour's worth for me. :D

Once you have a mix you like, make more. I always make a 100 ml batch after I find a flavor I like. 30 ml's for me, 70 ml's as samples that I let other try, always in 0 mg and 6mg Nic only, or 4 10's and 2 15's. I do this automatically. Why? Others are always asking me about new juices, so I always have new juices for people to try. Sometimes, people really like them and I end up making more...

Bottles....yes, I found a place delivered for about $50 a bottle within a week or so, or within two weeks about $.35 a bottle. I needed bottles yesterday, so I did a 144 lot for $155 on Amazon. Boston amber dropper bottles, one day delivery. You can also order bottles from Amazon that get here within about 7-8 days. I use these:

Amazon.com - Plastic Dropping Bottles Eye Liquid, 10ml, 50 Pack - Decorative Bottles

You can get these in different sizes from same folks, and I buy 10's, 15's and 30's from them. 6 day delivery on my last order a month ago. 9 cents a piece delivered in 6 days, so pretty good ($18.64 on 200 bottles) for samples. I do not store any juice in anything but glass bottles. Yes, a lot more expensive, but leaching plastic? I don't think so. Just take a look at a plastic bottle about 60 days down the road. Not appetizing....

i'm not a friend to either flavor seperately, but - I may take a stab at it if y'all are both liking it. I don't have vanilla swirl though. I've vanilla custard-could that work?

Well, I bought the littles in PDE thinking that I'd have to use those for the time being personally and for samples for my son and friends. I figured at 5ml and 10ml, they wouldn't hold on to them that long. But honestly, , I did NOT think about bigger for myself or family members :( My other concern about glass will be in a PM in a few minutes.

The Fire and Ice and 54 Fireball will eat right through your plastic, so be careful. When my mix turned milky I knew it was from the juice flavorings, so be careful. People vape this stuff?

54 Fireball

FW Fireball - 4%
Cinnamon Red Hots - 4%
Bavarian Cream - 4%
Vanilla Swirl - 4%
Sweetener - 4%

I know that many Fireball recipes call for a lot more red hots, or whatever. This was as hot as I can take it, myself. How do people vape this stuff. This will flat out take your mind off girls.....Wwwoooohhhhh! Strong stuff! Ok two down.....mouth on fire....:D :toast: :vapor:

I wouldn't. The vanilla swirl is the closest to me of sweetened vanilla extract, and certainly the sweetest of the TFA vanillas. The custard notes will take you toward butter and away from vanilla, so, very useful in many recipes, but not here, where you don't want to introduce any new flavorings. Because vanilla is in everything, we don't notice as much as many other flavorings, i.e., we are used to it, which also makes it very useful for mixing purposes. You can say why not use sweet cream, rather than Bavarian cream? Same thing right? Yes and no. Under 4%, with strong primary flavorings, I get mainly rich depth thick from Bavarian Cream, not butter and custard notes. But that's just me, and my tastes. We're all different, so it might be different for you. :2c:

Thanks for sharing everyone, Thought I would share a juice that I just love. I found the recipe and just tweaked it to my liking and the flavors I had on hand. They call it Mother's Milk Clone, I have never tried Mother's Milk but I'm really enjoying this juice

Made with a Milkstone base.

PG - 25%
Bavarian Cream (TFA) 45%
Coconut Extra (TFA) 20%
Sweet Cream (TFA) 10%

I let mine steep for a month

Then the recipe is.

Cheesecake(Graham Crust) (TFA) 5%
Milkstone (all TFA) 5%
Ripe Strawberry (TFA) 10%

Let me know what you think, if it could be improved in any way

Bill, I've ordered the glass droppers from Amazon. Do I remember correctly from one of your posts that you came up with 36 drops per mil using these droppers? I'm going to do my own test, but it's way off from yours I want to know it.

Thanks!

Tim

Hi Tim, long time no talk! :D

I do use several different droppers and get anywhere from approximately 18 drops to 38 drops per milliliter. Would urge you to verify all new droppers yourself as they could vary even from batch to batch. The bigger glass droppers are closer to the low end of that scale for me. The plastic pipettes are closer to the higher end, but they're all different and just have to be tested.

On a sidenote, I mix everything by percentage, not drops, so it doesn't matter how many drops are in a ml, as long as I use the same droppers. This is why I use a 100 drop mix test with one drop as 1 percent. It just takes the guesswork out of it, and then I don't have to remember how many drops is a milliliter in which dropper. Hope that makes sense, but it does work! Good to hear from you. How ya been?

Just mixed up a 30ml of the Pink Starbrust, How long is the steep time before trying it. Going back to my lab to mix some Pecan Pie. MMMMMMMMMM will report back

Should be very vapeable at time of mix. will improve slightly over next day or two. Good juice does not require a long steep time, imho.
