I didn't try it on day 1,didn't get to it until the next day so it had a bit of time to sit,but i can say on day 2 it is a nice sweet creamy butterscotch taste.
As for the cinnamon, that sounds interesting,i will definitely be making a bigger batch of this, and once i do,i will make up another sample and add a small amount and let you know how that comes out.
Aww, thanks b! Much appreciated!

good morning folks. Several months ago (long before I found all you good folks) I mixed up some strawberry (single flavor, I didn't know any better at the time) @ 12%. Kinda tasted like strawberry but was not vapable. Set it back with the rest of my failures. Fast forward to now that I have found out about the magic that can be performed with creams.

I mixed up some of Bills "Twinkie", good stuff btw. thank you Bill. Thought about adding a bit of strawberry to it and remembered my previous failure. I had about 5 mls of it. I mixed 5mls of Twinkie to 5mls of strawberry and added 1 tiny drop per ml of Koolada to it. (Remember a little bit of Koolada goes a LONG way. I think it could still stand a bit more sweetener but it has reached good. I will tweak it a bit more and see if I can get to great.

Don't actually have a sharable recipe yet but will update if I get one :D

Haven't seen this posted for a while.
I added any warnings that are currently on the TFA/TPA website re their flavors where they were not previously mentioned.
I also added flavors which did not appear on the list. They have no % listed.

Perfumerers/Flavor Aprentice Flavors - Starting Percentages

Wintergreen Flavor 20% 5/5

Very nice job! Thank you! From Perth? Would that be Australia? What an amazing age we live in.

I don't have a super coffee yet, but if you like coffee, you might really like TFA Tiramisu.
I'm a coffee guzzler, and Tiramisu I love. ... it has coffee in it.
I just mixed it solo at 1% ...(it's strong stuff) if you use half or more VG in your base, you could use 2%
Try it solo, and then if you think you want a more creamy taste, start trying different creams
I use flavoring up to 20% in some juices, (short on taste buds), so believe me when I say start with 1-2%
In the meantime, I'll dig through my paper stash, and see if I can find anything else

I can't even stand to open it up in the house because it STINKS so bad I would smell it 2 days later. WARNING very STONG mix outside lol

Ok, all day and all I got done was a 15ml bottle of Jay's Pudding. LOL

After I cooked supper though, I was shopping over at TFA and located "Cherry Cola". Since I drink that beverage quite frequently, I was pondering making some up for myself. I do have a bottle of Vanilla Cola from a local shop, and I couldn't believe that you actually got the fizzy kind of feel from it. Its not as flavorful as I would personally like, but if I'm making my own, that is fixable :)

Does anyone else have experience with this product?

Nice job FC!!!!!!!!!! That's AWESOME! Did you want to post it here and make it your own by naming it? We'd love to have you do so! It's how we all learn from one another and sometimes, our "mistakes" are the best!

Good job, keep up the good work :)

It's just Bill's recipe with a lack of prep substitution, so it's not mine to claim. :D I'm just excited that I made something I won't have to suffer through vaping. I am getting better at mixing the blackberry walnut tobacco, but it's still not as good as cyberwolf's. I figured the spices in a pumpkin pie are similar to the ones in eggnog, and I love pumpkin pie anyway.

Totally off topic, is that a boxer in your avatar, ren? It's a beautiful dog!

I finally got around to trying pink starburst, key lime pie,a pecan pie flavor i got in trade, and the orange creamsickle recipe that's posted somewhere else on here.

Key lime pie is a definite keeper very good.

The pecan pie flavoring i got,is very close to the most horrid thingi have ever tasted haha.

The orange creamsickle,i think is probably a really good recipe, without the addition i made to it haha.I seen alot of people saying the orange is very faint in this one,and i want a fairly strong orange note it,so what do i do,i added 2% sweet tangerine to it,thinking it should help bump the orange taste,it now tastes like cream with orange peel haha.I'm going to order the mandarin orange flavor, and remake the mix with that instead.

Now for the pink starburst, this is the first recipe by Bill that i dont care for.Don't get me wrong it's a good recipe and i'm glad i made it as it helped me realize 2 things.First thing is i really dont like artificial strawberry flavoring.I had used the strawberry ripe in the past and didn't like it,tried capella sweet strawberry and really didn't like that, and now this strawberry,so it is definitely not a flavor i will use in any mixes anymore.Second thing i realized from this,is that several recipes i made in the past seemed overall good, but they all had that really bad off taste that i could never pinpoint, well guess what, every one of those had a strawberry in them somewhere, even if it was just a very small percent that you could not even taste,my tastebuds picked up on that off taste that i got today.
Although all is not lost,i am going to use the starburst recipe, but replace the strawberry with cherry, another with lemon, etc. i'll just have to play with the percentages for the different fruits, but should'nt be too difficult since Bill gave us a good foundation to start with.

I sent you a PM about the furry kiddo ;)

As far as your other brews.... Keep trying, you'll get what you're after! It's like cooking, takes time and practice (unfortunately!)

I've had trouble getting that crunchy raw cereal flavoring (a secondary flavoring?), and I've not seen a recipe yet that can get that for me, nor have I been able to make one.

Kinda late (I've been catching up) but I haven't seen a response.

That cereal taste? You can get it with acetyl pyrazine. Just use it sparingly. It's strong stuff.

It's not a TFA flavor but a general additive so I figure it's okay here =-)

TFA makes a cola too, so if you have cherry, that's a better way to go, for all the reasons I have mentioned many times. I have made cherry cola, and it is spot on. Simple Cherry + Cola = Cherry Cola. Flavor to taste. Easy Peasy!

There you go! Yes, if you don't like strawberry, then Pink Starburst is not for you, and I do understand we are referring to the TFA and other strawberry flavorings. Totally get this, and I 've heard this same thing many times. But yes, try grape or lemon, both I've tried and they're both good, too. If you like starbursts, and who doesn't, you will like this recipe with the fruit of your choice. I imagine cherry would be good, orange as well, possibly others. good luck Bill!

Yeah, I have a whole big bottle of AP. I have heard this for a long time, and tried it many times. I can't get it to work for my tastes, though. Maybe it's just me, could be, as I've seen this recommendation half a dozen times. Do you do something special, or do you have a specific recommendation, or recipe where I could try it and actually get that cereal flavoring? I have never found one yet, and believe, me I've tried. Again, maybe it's just my taste sensibilities, and it may work great for others!? Hope so. Help me Obi Wan........:D

Now that right there is what keeps me coming back haha,i never thought about orange or grape.Sad thing is,i love starburst and completely forgot they make an orange one, good thing i put mandarin orange in my cart for tommorow's order already.Yeah,on the strawberry,it's weird,i love real strawberries, but i have tried 3 different flavors and none of them agree with me at all, although i'mnot ready to give up on that flavor just yet.I know you use strawberries & cream in one of the recipes you posted, how does the strawberry flavor taste in that one,i'm sure they use either ripe or the regular in it,but does it have that same taste that those do or is it a different type of strawberry flavor?I put it in my cart, but now i'm second guessing it.

I have two small bottles and have only used two drops, so far. One in my banana creme (interesting, but the first time two drops to 10mL was way too much ...) and one just to see what it would do to apple. Some people say it gives off a "nutty" flavor but I get more "bread/chip" flavor.

I would consider this a "filler" additive to taste in its pure form. I'm willing to bet some of the TFA flavors with pie crust/cereal/cracker/bread already contain some amount of this... this one's just in its pure form. I have not made anything I consider to be good with this, yet although apple jacks comes to mind.

It's probably easier to find a TFA flavor to match the taste you're looking for. It's the difference between buying vegetable stock and making your own, I would guess.

The grape is great! You will need to add strawberry or raspberry to it to keep it from going chemical on you. Example, 8-9% grape, 4-5% strawberry. You will taste grape. Good grape, not chemical grape. The only way to maybe fix the strawberry is with either with a complementary fruit, or more cream/vanilla. Either one may fix it for you, and I would give it the old college try. Good luck Bill!

Btw, the ripe strawberry tastes funny to me. I only use it in very special recipe where I'm looking for that "raw" flavoring. Hard to describe, but you recognize it when you vape it. The sweet strawberry is way different. good luck!
