and Bill please chime in lol.
I would recommend TFA Sweetener or cotton candy if you don't have the sweetener. Flavor to taste, so perhaps 1-2% to start and increase to suit your preferences. By the way, I don't like my café mocha either, but made it for a friend. Not a big fan of coffee flavored juices, though coffees do work well in chocolate recipes. Good luck!Im still in search of a cafe mocha recipe i have tried Bills and its not to my taste. a little to strong for me and dark.
I am looking to do this
Caramel Cappuccino (TFA) 4%
Cocoa (FA) 8%
Chocolate (FA) 2%
Hazelnut (FA) .5%
It says to add sweetener to taste, What sweetener should i use ex... sweetner, cotton candy, vanilla swirl, looking for suggestions.
Sounds like it should be a good one,i like the idea of all the added vanilla because most custards i've tried lack that good strong vanilla taste.I'll be mixing some stuff up tomorrow,so I'll add this to the list, and let ya know my thoughts in about a month haha.Okay, well here is my vanilla custard recipe. I think that I am finally happy with this one... even though it really needs to steep for about a month.
Brickhouse Custard
TFA Vanilla Custard - 10%
TFA French Vanilla Creme - 5%
TFA Dulce De Leche - 5%
TFA Egg Nog - 5%
TFA Vanilla Bourbon - 3%
TFA Sweetener = 2%

Kaezziel are you using TFA egg nog or another brand? I can't seem to find the TFA one for sale at my usual vendors.
Awesome! Thanks!
I don't buy from wizard labs, but looks like I may open an account.
Katz, do you have to have a tax id number to open a wholesale account? You could always just get it straight from TFA. I opened a "wholesale" account (it's free) there and ordered everything I needed for my peaches and cream recipe... 16oz bottles. Even after a year and a half, I still have a lot of those flavors left. I may end up doing that with the Brickhouse Custard components as well. I like to buy the small bottles from wizard labs to test and play, and to figure out whether or not I'll like a flavor, but it's nice to have 16oz bottles of the flavors that I really like. Makes it easy to mix in bulk.

Thanks!Nope... just an email address.![]()
That's the same as i do.I get a small sample bottle of any new flavor, but Tfa is expensive for the small ones,so i get them from Wizard or Bull City, then when i know i like the flavor, then it's a big bottle direct from Tfa.I should probably do like you though and just get the 16oz.,i have a few flavors that i have went through a 4oz. and had to buy a 2nd one,the 16oz. would have been cheaper and i wouldn't have to keep paying shipping haha. You could always just get it straight from TFA.
