    Somewhere between here and there
I don't have the percentages in front of me but I started with butterscotch, pie crust, graham cracker, whipped cream, and cap vanilla custard. The butterscotch flavor isn't coming thru very strong. I taste mostly the pie crust and vanilla custard. I was looking for a creamy butterscotch flavor with a hint of pie crust. It didn't work so far.

Adding pie crust to my Lion recipe results, at least on paper, to this recipe:

    Butterscotch Pie

    Butterscotch - 10%
    Bavarian Cream - 6%
    Graham Cracker - 4%
    Pie Crust - 3%
    Cotton Candy - 3%
    Vanilla Swirl - 3%
    Acetyl Pyrazine - 1%

This is just a paper recipe and I have not made it yet. However, I would start with something like this and then adjust and flavor to taste. Just trying to help out, and hope it tastes okey dokey! :2c: :toast: :D

Thanks Bill. I was hoping you would jump in on this. I'm going to do a 100DT with that when I get home. The mix I did was a real stinker. I don't know why I didn't think to add EM to it. I wouldn't have thought to add the AP. Thanks for your help.

You bet. The AP is very optional, and adds a nutty taste, that I like, but it could be skipped. Also, I would keep my eye on the Graham Cracker. Seems like 5% may be better than 4%, but I would keep the mix at 30% or less flavoring, so if I did add the GC, I would likely reduce somewhere else, just depends on the taste and what needs adding or subtracting. Our taste buds know, regardless of the paper recipe's thoughts! Good luck! :2c: :toast: :D

Ive been enjoying Biscuit by Inawera. Of my 180+ flavors TFA is mostly what I use but I have got to say - Biscuit and Spicy Biscuit I have not been able to replicate using TFA. It's more a mouth feel to me and adds depth to even my custard types. I have been working on a good creamy peanut butter and biscuit seems to be the difference.

    Peanut Butter 11%
    Vanilla Swirl 4%
    RY4 Double 3%
    Biscuit 3%
    AP 1%

Do The Flavor Apprentice make good tobacco concentrates?
What would u recommend as an tobacco that u can use as an all day vape?
How many % and how long steep time?
I don't care for most of them, but when i first started i used red type which i think is now called western,at 10% as my adv for a few months. It got better as it aged, but i would start vaping it the day after it was made.In my opinion though,by far their best tobacco type flavor is Ry4 double,i haven't used it on it's own,but it has been in every juice i use as an adv for the last 5-6 months now.In the beginning,it doesn't have much of a tobacco taste, more caramel up front, but after a few weeks, the tobacco really starts to come through on it.

Do Ry4 double need to steep for a month or longer before it taste like tobacco?

I have several tobacco flavors but they are all from Hangsen - to me they are the best. Arabic is a ADV for me and in quite a few recipes I use daily. The RY4 double I do not consider a tobacco. I use it generally to enhance a recipe - given the caramel sweetness with depth moreso than just straight caramel - I find I enjoy it more considering that application than in terms of a tobacco (if this makes sense).

When I want a smokey caramel taste - I use RY4 double...maybe that explains better. You need to get the measurement adjusted to what you are after though. I use from 3% up to 9%. I mix mostly 24% to 32% flavoring. I am the opposite of most - I mix high percent when I mix more than 120ml - because it is going to sit a month or so and I hate when my flavors mute - I also mix a base for custards and when I'm ready to vape - I add in my main flavors. Shake a vape.

That looks good! I'm going to have to pick up some biscuit on my next order. I can't on my one this Friday because I have budgeted it right to the dollar. I am however trying cookie and meringue by fa with all my usual suspects along with trying tfa's pie crust and pistachio.

Definitely not a month. Usually just a few days if that, you could probably shake and vape depending on what is in it. It'll just get better from there.
I agree,i vape my juices that it is in starting on the day after it's mixed, and it's good then, and just keeps getting better from there. The first week or so,i don't really taste any tobacco in it,but after the 2nd week,it starts to take on a stronger tobacco taste. It never comes close to a straight tobacco, but rather a light background flavor, but i can definitely notice it.

I haven't tried the meringue yet,but the cookie is pretty good.I found a peanut butter cookie recipe a while back that used it,so i bought some, and that juice came out really nice.
