I guess I should jump in an join you all here. I have picked up 40 pounds since I quit smoking almost a year ago. I don't blame the quit smoking for my weight gain but just simply filling my face with junk junk and more junk. I feel that if I can quit smoking for a year then I can eat healthier for this next year. My weakness is potato chips but lately I have been eating more than that for junk food. Not sure what my plan is just yet for getting active but I do know I am going to eat healthier this year. As for today I painted 2 bedrooms and tomorrow doing a third one. That's gotta take care of some calories.![]()
