Walked a mile, first on the beach then down the jetty to a restaurant for a turkey club sandwich. Then all the way back to the car.

I took out the center bread and left a lot of the crust from the toast on my plate ;)
A few homemade chips and I'm pretty proud that I left most of the chips on the plate. Half a glass of raspberry iced tea.
Just going to have a one egg omelet (no cheese) for dinner later. The no cheese part doesn't bother me, I could never stand the taste of cheese and egg together.

Robin I love veggie omelets/scrambles. Spinach, mushrooms, onions, salsa, etc. Just whatever I have in the frig. I do like cheese tho. Eggs are only about 80 calories each and a great protein source.

Ran 3 walked 1.

About 42 degrees here with 7mph wind. Not terribly unpleasant. Energy level just wasn't great today like yesterday.

I made some homemade hashbrowns and eggs yesterday to go with leftover baked ham. I still have just a tad of the hashbrowns, fried with onions in them, leftover and cubed the last bits of ham. I will make that tomorrow instead of tonight.

I like omelets/scrambles too. A nice quick and easy meal.
