You really count calories!All of my 36" dress pants have gotten so baggy, I really need to replace them...I truly never thought I'd be wearing 34" waist pants again. I've already given my 40 & 38s to Goodwill. Its gonna be expensive replacing all of these pants.Good Job GT!!

The program is pretty nice, there is a part where you can click on each line item, such as fat, trans fat, cholesterol, vitamin e.... anything that is listed on the nutrition chart. It will tell you if you are over or under and what you have eaten that either caused it to go higher or what you have logged that will give you more of that particular nutrition item. Tells you also if you are on target for the day.
This is a good tracking program and if you don't want to count calories, do not get thisYou really count calories!

I think you're right, upping the intensity is the key. Sometimes I feel like I am fighting to keep that intensity up but I know the results are worth that battle.
