3.6 on the elliptical, upped my resistance for 10 minutes, ball exercises and planks.

Heading to the movies this afternoon, followed by dinner out. Not logging food today for sure.

Did pretty good on the food today, not so much on the exercise.

Lunch was a couple breakfast sausage links, dinner was broiled tilapia, broccoli, and a small amount (less than half cup) of white macaroni. Add in the two million cups of coffee and water I could probably float away haha.

Spent way too much time researching diy recipes and now way too full to work out. I typically don't on the weekends anyway because I feel weird working out in front of the hubby lol. Hope everyone had a good weekend!

Down a pound from yesterday!!!!! :w00t:

1.4 lbs to go to goal.

Elliptical is on the agenda for today along with the normal weights and plank. I anticipate a bit of weight gain for tomorrow. Tacos tonight :drool: I have been so good. I figure one meal a week, that is not very healthy, can be allowed :p

ETA: It does have lettuce and tomato and no sour cream..... just the cheese and shells are the bad part... ;)

Hi all, I hope everyone is doing ok. I am planning on the gym tonight after work and really want to get on the scales but Im not . Still eating my 1310 calories a day although I have not had anything today at all but a few pumpkin seeds and a few bottles of alkaline water . I get off work in a few and plan to go to mcdonalds to get a quarter pounder :?: I hope it does not mess me up to bad
 
We walked our two miles at lunch under BEAUTIFUL blue skies in Alabama. I feel kinda bad for all the people in the snow zones. Didn't see any of the white stuff this year...thank goodness! Hitting the treadmill tonight. Hang in there everyone! I stay far far away from McDonald's. Partly why I got fat in the first place. I think I'd probably be sick if I ate it at this point.

I didn't do too bad last night :)
Only gained .2 lbs.

Sensible eating today and I think it will be an off day of exercise. Who knows, I may get on the elliptical later.

only .2 lbs?? should have skipped that extra glass of water ;)

2.9 oz( fluid) of water weighs .2 lbs :)
