Sooooo.... I did bad yesterday , after work I went to the Mexican restaurantIts my weakness and I KNOW THIS !!!
I had rice and shrimp and lots of chips and salsa NO ZUMBA . Oh well back on track today !

I cheated today myself. Ended up leaving the house at 7 and just got home. Stopped at burger king so the kids would stop whining long enough to let me finish my phone calls and got a burger. For the record it was mostly bun, lettuce, and onion
Have chili in the crock pot tonight so thankfully something low cal and filling for dinner

	Did my run/walk, ball exercises and planks.Decided to see how fast I could run my last mile, was hoping for 9 min.
I did it in 8:36!
I lost .2 lbs
After taking a nap, slept like crap or rather didn't sleep last night, and after getting rid of the coffee etc...
I actually lost a tiny bit.
