Sooooo.... I did bad yesterday , after work I went to the Mexican restaurant :facepalm: Its my weakness and I KNOW THIS !!!
I had rice and shrimp and lots of chips and salsa NO ZUMBA . Oh well back on track today !

I made Mexican fried rice last night. I looked at the nutrition panel on the rice bag since we had just been talking about it.

Long Grain White
Serving Size: 3/4 cup (cooked)
Calories: 150
Protein: 6% DV
Carbs: 12%
Iron: 8%
Niacin: 8%
Thiamin: 15%
Folic Acid:: 20%
No fat, cholesterol, sodium or anything else.


For 150 calories it's rather unimpressive. :(

I cheated today myself. Ended up leaving the house at 7 and just got home. Stopped at burger king so the kids would stop whining long enough to let me finish my phone calls and got a burger. For the record it was mostly bun, lettuce, and onion :facepalm:

Have chili in the crock pot tonight so thankfully something low cal and filling for dinner

After taking a nap, slept like crap or rather didn't sleep last night, and after getting rid of the coffee etc... ;)
I actually lost a tiny bit.

Goal: 3 miles and follow the program :)

3.5 miles

and.................. drum roll.....................


10 bent knee'd sit-ups!!

Those planks must have really helped my core! :w00t:

I don't do regular sit-ups as they kill my back. Crunches on the ball work for me.

Have a busy day ahead and there's already light rain coming down. We need the rain, not complaining but I normally will not run in the rain. Glad it stayed light while I was out.
