Yeah I'm not sure I love it but can't really argue. He needs the exercise, has become quite the couch potato and always complaining of tight muscles and sore back.That's awesome Always! I've never had a workout partner, but I'm not sure I want one. It's "me" time.

Hubby asked to work out with me. Started with 40 minutes of beginner asanas. He wants to get into harder stuff next time so I guess we will push each other. Need to purchase another mat and block, the living room rug is quite slippery haha.

Always, you just need some success to motivate you, to encourage you. 2.5 is a start. Try for another pound. With each pound I have to believe you will become even more motivated and the weight will come off even faster.

Ok so I have to admit that the quarter pounder was not satisfying , It was actually kind of grossoh well it served its purpose , next time I will grill my own burger . I should have listened

Workout yesterday was 1 mile run , 30 minute cxmills (core class works everything from shoulders to posterior chain or hips and glutes) then another 1 mile run after class . I am planning on zumba tonight . Also nervous about checking my weight Saturday but I will report the number when I have it (fingers crossed )
By the way I don't know if anyone cares but I thought I would share that I am a 35 yr old woman and 5'2 and I have 3 kids ...18 yr old son 16 year old daughter and 11 year old daughter .
and get along fantastically.
