That's awesome Always! I've never had a workout partner, but I'm not sure I want one. It's "me" time.
Yeah I'm not sure I love it but can't really argue. He needs the exercise, has become quite the couch potato and always complaining of tight muscles and sore back.
By the way, did I mention I can do sit ups now? 20-25 at a time. It was truly embarrassing 7 or 8 months ago when I couldn't even do one....
Woohoo way to go gt!

I still can't do one. :(
I am not sure I will ever be able to do one again... My core is getting better though :D

Years ago Hubby and I would do Pilates together. It was nice because we would push each other. Kind of like..well if he can do it, I can do it too :p

Before I got the diet program on my computer, I started at about 140+. I struggled to get to the 138.2 that I recorded for the first time.

It's a toss up on which one I am counting. I think I started the thread about the same time as the diet program (Just looked...140 when I started the thread pre-diet program!)

Yep, that settles it. Going by the thread start weight :D
Take the higher number and you feel more satisfaction as you see those numbers fall :w00t:

I lost what I had gained and an extra .2

(Soooo tempted to insert a song in here but it would be another "sticky" song  )

Down 1.2lbs this morning, totaling 2.5 since I joined here. Slow going still :( but its happening

Always, you just need some success to motivate you, to encourage you. 2.5 is a start. Try for another pound. With each pound I have to believe you will become even more motivated and the weight will come off even faster.

Nice work Always ! every lb counts in my book and that's a great start :toast:

Ok so I have to admit that the quarter pounder was not satisfying , It was actually kind of gross :( oh well it served its purpose , next time I will grill my own burger . I should have listened :p

Workout yesterday was 1 mile run , 30 minute cxmills (core class works everything from shoulders to posterior chain or hips and glutes) then another 1 mile run after class . I am planning on zumba tonight . Also nervous about checking my weight Saturday but I will report the number when I have it (fingers crossed )

By the way I don't know if anyone cares but I thought I would share that I am a 35 yr old woman and 5'2 and I have 3 kids ...18 yr old son 16 year old daughter and 11 year old daughter .

My fingers are crossed for you!!

You were young starting out too :)

What is nice, you are still young when the grandchildren start coming ;) I was just 18 when my oldest was born.

Since you are sharing: I am 54 yr old that is 5'6". I have two kids, 35 year old daughter and 32 year old son. My daughter has given me 3 grandchildren: 15 year old grandson and 12 and 5 year old granddaughters. My son has given me two grandsons: 4 and 1 years old. I also have two steps, a son and daughter. Neither have kids yet. The son is 31 and the daughter is 29. I'm blessed that they all love each other  and get along fantastically. :)
