I saw someone managed to hook their exercise bike to control Mario kart racing game. That would definitely make me work out more.

Or if I had to do it to power something?

Just heard our tax return will take at least 6 weeks :( really wanna get an elliptical, but have to wait for tax return

Hmmm maybe have it power your computer ;)

Spend the time researching one. Small footprint or something you are able to fold up. Something you can program maybe? Lots of things to research :)

Start making room for it? :D

Robin did sit ups!!

Disclaimer:

I can't do one with my fingers linked behind my head  BUT I can do them with my arms stretched out above my head and bringing them forward with me. I will keep trying for the linked fingers behind my head. Maybe I need to anchor my feet?

Edit to add!!! YES I CAN! anchoring my feet worked

Yesterday breakfast was an egg bake. Had a yummy low carb dinner of Italian sausage and spaghetti squash. I love the seasonings on it and its just what I needed after drinking Saturday night.

Today will be better again as hubby is back to work. The weekends are harder to stay on track because he wants three meals and at least one large snack a day, and usually when he's home we eat all meals as a family.

I'm getting to the point of cooking at least two separate meals for everyone  he wants to lose weight, but still wants to eat like normal... Idk this is getting difficult. I don't wanna say anything though because it has to be his idea or won't happen.

Oh well rambling again sorry.

Let him eat normal, just let him eat 1/2 of what he does. Smaller portions will go a long way to help too..
