It is tough when the whole family is not on board. It makes it harder when it is winter and our bodies want to store all that extra for warmth. Come On Spring!

Robin... since you are into the weighing ... do us a favor and do this experiment... weigh your self before bed, note the weight and then again first thing in the morning and compare the difference... it would be interesting to see just how much water is lost when sleeping ( moisture loss due to breathing) my scale isnt accurate enuf to do this test...
No exercise to speak of.
But I got new running shoes and it's supposed to be warm-er tomorrow. There's hope...
