Ahhh, well that's a sucky system then, isn't it. I sure hope you all get your jbox or your money back soon. I can see why you were enticed to buy one. The pics of the few completed are stunning.
JBOX scam email said:
The site will not take any new orders but I will keep it up for current customers to look at pictures that I will be posting and for some that need to see the woods for reference.
Makes you wonder if he is be truthful about leaving the site up for then pictures or to cover all his legal bases on the "Track Your Order" page. That seems like a lot of legal jumbo for a one man show.

THIS is a great idea jkmtwo......

One thing would be if we could get a list going and track all 27

because if the number goes above 27 we can know he was lying right away.

If you are order #405 and you haven't received yours and Legend says his/her order is #464 and hasn't been received, then there seems to be a math issue with his claim of only 27 orders outstanding, doesn't it? Seems to me to be at least 59 or more probably unfilled orders.

How do we know that he hasn't already moved from AZ to even further complicate things. This could of VERY well been premeditated.

If or when legal action is taken against him, which unfortunately won't come with results, this is bad for ALL vapers and Vapeteam. It will only put us under the legal radar with negative results. This is why I choose put my opinion on this fiasco here. No ones rights were violated more than the people who purchased from his site and Vapeteam.......but in a way all vapers were violated because of the publicity this guy has put out there for over a year now. Some may have different feelings, but this is mine, because I care about what vaping has done for me. We are a community.

This kind of thing that people do just pisses me off. When people do this it should come back on them ten-fold to make people to think twice before doing so. Legal system = loophole system. Imagine what circumstances this guy would be facing if he had tried to do this in another country. Got to love USA, the land of opportunity.

I sent him an email requesting a refund once again after he sent his mass email. I told him I was going to IC3, the attorney general, and my bank if I didn't get a response. He didn't respond.

IMO, if he was truly trying to take care of this issue, he would now be communicating. He is not. One mass email does not constitute proper communication. If he responds to me and my specific questions, then I will say he is communicating. I have no choice but to assume that NOTHING has changed.

I want to take action, and I don't want to wait until February. I think we all need to contact IC3 to make an impact. When you all are ready, let me know so we can coordinate the proper action.

Please do not let this guy scam us anymore than he already has. If by chance this is not a scam, he has not done anything to change that perception. He has not fixed anything yet. Since the jbox issue really blew up a couple of weeks ago, he has done ONE thing and ONE thing only. He sent out one mass email.

Really?! That's acceptable? I have one you can read from 30 September that told me he was shipping mine out the beginning of October before vapercon 2.

Did you listen to the disgust and hurt in Dimitris' voice on Click Bang? Did you see CJ get emotional and almost lose composure on the VapeTeam live? Their FRIEND did this to them. No matter what kind of guy he has been in the past, no matter what his original intentions were, and no matter what personal issues he may be dealing with, a few things are certain:

-- He is not a good friend
-- He is not a good businessman
-- He is not trustworthy
-- He is a dirt bag and I don't trust him
-- I'm tired of this

On a side note, thanks to the guys that went on Click Bang to speak for our group. I'm thinking of getting a shirt made to wear to the next big vape meet that says "I was jboxed".

Yeah I noticed when CJ got a little choked up too. What kinda man is Jason to let his friends get like that over him, but he shows nothing in return. That's just sad man.

I'd place my order # but Singha already has me on his list.

I like the idea of copying and pasting that list if anyone new comes in and see it. jkmtwo, can you still modify the op? If so would it be a good idea to post the current list there? Just so it's the first thing new people see when coming to the thread. Just an idea.

Lets just hope Soulcage gets some kind of communication. I believe he is the first on the list. If he doesn't get any form of communication then.............. CR@P! Don't know what then.

Believe me bro, I got my eyes on my email like a hawk all day, everyday until I get that shipping confirmation.

Is this confirmed?

I tried and impossible to do a check out.

At this point it would serve him to be more transparent and update his customers more frequently. It's safe to say that most of us who are invested in this need to see and hear something more definite from him at this juncture.

Hell Jason, post up a picture of at least ONE Jbox you're working on so at least we can all feel a little bit better about what you said!

This is the last straw Jason. You've been called out by the community and you need to nut up and make this right.

"I'm tired of this s h * t man! Tired, tired, tired!"

Hey Everybody,

My name is Ron and i too have been Jboxed, Order #434
Sounds alot like the intro to AA. i was also very excited about this mod and couldn't wait.
I am now resigned to the fact that it will never show. At first I was very ...... and thought
I will never buy another mod unless it is from a company.... i.e. Pro Vape, Alt Smoke etc..
Then I remembered that I bought a BAM from Ed the Green and he treated me very well when
the 510 started moving on it. Very prompt and professional. I'm an LEO in Minnesota and have
been one for 30 years. I think that all the "customers" who don't live in AZ are screwed. I have
been sitting by patiently and watching. The outrage is justified. I watch and liked the Vape Team
and that is where and when I decided to get the mod. They were holding them up proud and showing
them off when things were going great. I hoped the mod would go viral for Jason but I guess it
won't now. I just wanted to use JBox around the house like one would use a pipe......kinda S.....
I will wait patiently through January. I think the money is gone, could be wine, women, song, gambling,
whatever......I hope we get our JBoxes soon. Thanks to the people on here that would not let it die and
thanks to ECF for the information they provide to keep me smoke free.

One thought I have had over the past few days, I know a lot of us are worried about the warranty issue. Being that this is a sealed box, and has electronics. I partially think this concern is a bit overblown. Here's why.

The most common issue will be changing the battery. Fact is, 9 out of every 10 of us will never have an issue while still under warranty. Which means, after 6 months, you would have to pay Jason anyway. Well, there are very intelagent people in this community, who are very capable. And believe me, if there are 40 possible customers with stacks of cash, someone will step in to help us out.

Just a thought.

I agree with you. Maybe there should be a thread on who will help in the community to open Jboxes to change battery. I am sure it will have to be someone very skilled with wood and wood sealed boxes. But, I don't think that thread should be made until we figure out people are getting their products. I just hope Jason does not just slap them together because he might not even care at this point. I don't know just saying.

If its sealed with a clearcoat then you'd have to cut very carefully around the seams with an exacto knife to pull it apart, then replace the battery and add another clearcoat over it.

If it were me, after going through all of that Id find some way to attach it with rare earth magnets and not worry about it being watertight.

You guys might try over in the mod section for someone who works with wood.
