Hello,
I know I am a nobody around here but I read this whole thing from beginning to end because I have just found out about Jason and the Vape Team only a short time ago. And while I think the show could use some work, I think what they do is for the better of not just this community, but vapers everywhere. And to blame them as a whole or even expect them to stand up for you is just selfish. This is a group of people, not a single person. The actions of one person who clearly acted alone should never be held against the rest of the group. Say you are a gas station with a friend and without any prior knowledge or any clue that he would, he robs the place. Would you want the courts pointing the finger at you for guilty by association? I can understand them not wanting to jump right in the mob and bash someone until they got all the facts. As a public figure that is the smart thing to do.and to the few people who seem to only bash them, what constructive or even productive effect do you have on the
vaping movement ? All I am saying is, these seem to be a good group of people with good intentions, so leave your personal unjustified dislikes to yourself.
As for Jason and this whole mess, very sad to see someone who was well known, go this route. Whether or not it was a life matter or not, if he cared as much as people seem to believed he did, he really should have made more of and effort to communicate. Seems how the email was months ago and no one has still received their Jbox, I would recommend all who ordered pull together as a group. And I would also recommend looking to legal action now. If Jason lost someone very close to him, I am truly sorry to hear that, but is doesn't make it right period. And as a sign of good faith he could have easily of worked on a few and shipped them out. So again, your 250 dollars might not seem like much, but if everyone pulls together the larger number will have greater pull Ina court room. Out of all of the vapors on this forum, is not one of them a lawyer or someone capable of offering legal advise? If not my friend is a lawyer and I would gladly ask her to read this and offer her suggestion. She is good people and I know she would.
Hopefully this works out, I would much rather see Jason redeem himself, just not sure that is going to happen if it hasn't yet.
