i got the email too. only thing I don't understand is why he answer so late? I mean one fu...... Mail to us a I would wait a half year of the jbox. no problem. glad I didn't went to my credit institut today to cancel my order bec. I could today was day 60. but deep inside me I knew the jbox will arrive someday. hope I'm true.

Yeah it still says processing, its fine, I imagine he hasn't even started yours yet, where as mine is, hopefully speaking, close to finished. So I wouldn't be too ill if I get the JBox quickly enough.

I do want to make one more comment, I want to thank Jason for manning up and contacting his customers, and I will say, he seemed contrite, that said, it did, and he admitted this much, take entirely too long to get to this point. It also comes after all hell broke loose and some of his friends were drug in the mix, there is no excuse for any of this. I for one will give him a chance to make this right, but I am still peeved at the end of the day.

I was a little bit harsh earlier when I told people to go away. What was more in line with my thinking was, that there has been a lot of pot stirring over the last few days by people who don't have anything substinative to say, or any skin in the game, so thank you to those who have made really good points on both sides. I've had a bunch of people contact me over the past few days and tell me about things I had no business knowing, or even brought into, I've also had modders contact me and make offers to help make it right. I was to be honest, floored by that one. That said I have at times been overly critical of the community as a whole, and fact is, while I have felt let down by some in the community, there are others who have won my undying respect and personal loyalty.

So disregard that ... clownish part of my statement earlier. Thanks.

Real sorry this all went down the way it did for ya'll. I'd finally saved up enough to order one of these then the wait time went up to 48 days and I was reluctantly holding off until after the holidays thinking the wait time would become less. Only way I knew this went down was by reading two brief posts in another thread that led me here. Ya'll have a great New Year....:toast:

ok i see a few "woohoos" on the thread and all and i got the same email today as well but i still dont have mine so i am gonna wait to let out a sigh of relief its not over till its over hate to be this way but it could be a way to buy some time

This thread has taught me one thing at least,I think in the future that if order any products from a supplier and they cant respond within a reasonable period of time (say 2 weeks) to my email then Im going to just cancel the order immediately and assume the worst.

However, I do believe - in situations like this one (and the Chopper one) that the best possible outcome is only reached when uninvolved stay out of it. Certainly ALL are more than entitled to have opinions but expressing them - under these types of circumstances - only increases the drama and reduces the chances of positive resolution for those who are involved.

And as much as I can't believe I'm agreeing with an ECF moderator this
Please...keep this thread about our members and their orders.

For the record, I'm also a victim of this. Paid for a jbox back in September and the person that was supposed to receive it never received it.

That is all I have to say about this until tonight.

That kind of misses my point, its this ideal that gets pushed, "We Are Vapers" and what not, when in reality "We Are B.S.".

I remember the Steeljan deal, within hours of her video being posted many of the same people who tell us Jason is a good guy, were posting videos in support of Steeljan, CJ was one, but now, all of these same people are quiet. Why? The entire VP network has called out vendors, whether it was Totally Wicked, Got Capes, for poor CS or because of community drama, Russ did a show on the shady guy from Greensmoke, Kevin did one on JollyRoger, and if I'm remembering correctly Chopperguys.

But now.....all is silent, and Jason is a good guy with good intentions? I call B.S.

Can I ask... What is this JollyRoger??? I am just curious, for obvious reasons... I don't think it has anything to do with me, but then again, I didn't even know what the Jbox was until now and have no clue as to what the "VapeTeam" is as I do not watch any vape talk shows as I find them sort of over the top weird.

I don't know, I personally believe without the pressure on the vapeteam also not a darned thing would have happened. I do not agree with Lou's take on this, I think it takes a village to bring about change, even those who aren't part of the initial problem, and that's why there has been some action taken at this time. I will try and listen tonight, Kev, your take may be interesting -- but Russ' will be less guarded I'll wager.......:2c:
