Good morning lurkers:wub::wub::wub:

38 with a mix of snow and rain here:confused:

No pineapple upside down cake here... but... I did make lemon bars though:p
Any white angel food cake mix, stir in a can of lemon pie filling by hand, being careful not to over stir, and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, let it cool and sprinkle with a bit of powdered sugar. They are quite good and only takes the 3 ingredients!:D
I guess I should clarify...the lemon cake sounded awesome, not your weather. (((HUGS)))

Good afternoon Paul
Glad you had a chance to check in :)

I got a lemon cake today :)

Good afternoon Bobbi

Oh yuck! Terrible weather! o_O

Definitely not, pass it along please ;)

Sterno stand, metal pot and a can of sterno... that's my emergency set up

I have a good grinder Lori but I'll have to dig it out to see what brand it is

Light headed!! :D
Geesh, I might need a cake.
Don't dig, unless you want. :)

Lunchtime flyby...relatively quiet day so far...busy, but quiet...hope it stays that way.
Yea, hope it stays that way!

 I'm liking that a lot :)
I am too.
That's a great price, no??!!! It's techincally 2 items.
The lid is a grill also!

...I texted DH for his opinion...he'll be using it more than me.
He's already mentioned he wanted to go look at the Le Creuset Factory outlet around St. Louis, but even an outlet store won't have that pricing...I sure wouldn't think.

I just heard back from him, I ordered it. :)
The one we have that size can't go in the oven. :( Darn handles....
I've looked at the Lodge stuff, and debated getting that too.
I really like the red though.

Ah well, it's done now.
Congratulations :thumb: Hope you can still lift it when you're 70

I buy all my green beans from a local company called Theta Ridge.
Okay, well...I'm not going to buy a roaster.
Those look like the same/similar varieties that were in the other link I posted.
What would you suggest in a medium roast?? Or is this a pain in the rear, all my questions...

Not sure I really have a good suggestion. Since I roast my own, I'm probably not the best person to answer that. I Like the Daterra Estates beans, especially the Sweet Yellow, but don't know that you'll be able to find them already roasted anywhere.
