    So we tried the sweet potato glass noodles for dinner. :thumbs:We had "spaghetti" and meatballs. They weren't too bad, though a little mushy. They held their form, but reminded me of slightly over cooked pasta. At 90 calories and no sodium a serving, they will definitely be purchased again. Bonus, they take 6 minutes to cook. :D

    OBG, we had a cast iron pan once. Never used it :facepalm: Not sure why. It may be in a box somewhere still packed from the move. With all the different cooking I'm doing, I guess I need to find it. :lol:

    The rest of the day went pretty well...still quiet which allowed me to get to a few things I haven't had time for.

    Looks like Taco Bell for dinner tonight...and those pies are the perfect way to finish it off...yum! :D

    I have all kinds of the stuff about 1/2 is almost 100 years old and still works,just think how much good stuff was cooked in those :Doh it helps if you have a gas range mine was built in 64 still works like a new one :laugh:

    If you try it on an electric range make sure you start on the lowest setting and go from there it takes more time for cast to cool back down if it gets too hot :2c:
