Things are great
DD and Bela spent the night with us last night and I so enjoyed seeing them ... first time since the first week of Feb

Yeah, I know, but still. Most all of my (remaining) family is so far away, and it's just sad.
But that's how it goes.

I wasn't sure, but thought he was closer than DD and Bela.
Same with my brother. He's a half hour away, so not the same town, but it wouldn't matter if he was next door.
He does call on my birthday, (after SIL reminds him it's my b'day ) or if a bad storm blows through, or otherwise nasty weather, so there's that.
He a good person, just not good at keeping in touch.
